Felt like they treated me as if I wasn't a paying customer. 2. **Poor Customer Interaction** The team behaved as if breakfast was complimentary, ignoring the fact that it was paid. Their unhelpful attitude was very frustrating. 3. **Unacceptable Behavior** It's irritating to deal with staff who make you feel undervalued despite paying for the meal. The breakfast experience was far from enjoyable. 4. **Bad First Impression** Morning breakfast was spoiled due to the rude and dismissive attitude of the staff. Paying customers deserve basic respect. 5. **Need for Improvement** The breakfast itself was okay, but the team's behavior ruined the experience. They need to recognize the efforts customers make to pay for services.

My recent stay was disappointing. The towels provided were inadequate, and the bedsheets were not clean, which affected the overall comfort. Additionally, I accidentally left my t-shirt in the room, but the staff informed me that nothing was found, which was quite disheartening. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations in terms of hygiene and service

I had one of the worst experience with this hotel. The staffs are very unwelcoming and irresponsible. The rooms are poirly maintain and unclean. The bucket in the bathroom was broken and the staffs were unbothered to take any action even after reporting it. A bottle of water was charged an extra of 10 rupees above the mrp. Not at all worth the money.

Worst Lodge Experience I had the worst experience at this lodge. There was no proper hot water facility--when requested, they provided a bucket of hot water instead. The management was completely irresponsible and unhelpful, and the staff were not at all professional in their behavior or service. The room rates were unreasonably high and not worth even a single penny. The extra bed provided was extremely dirty, and the room was full of mosquitoes, making it impossible to sleep. There was no sense of cleanliness or hygiene anywhere. I strongly advise anyone reading this to look for better alternatives. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs.

Its a budget friendly hotel. Stayed overnight. Lot of mosquitos inside the room. Though a mosquitos mat was provided, the room still needs proper cleaning and maintenance. Early morning, there was no water in the bathroom and it took some time to finally get some water for bathing. Breakfast was cold even at 8 AM. Overall ok just for a night. Close to Railway station and temple.

Hotel needs serious repairs. Windows are broken. Everywhere was dirty. Stain on bed sheet. No toilet paper provided until I mentioned three times. Definitely not worth staying . No wifi. It's not working at all.

Kindly STOP calling yourselves as a 2 Star hotel. It would be big shame on you to mis guide people. Just make looting tarrif, being closer to railway station and misguide people as a 2 star hotel whereas the facilities are not even matchable even to a deluxe hotel. 1. Broken door. Need to kick it to get the door placed properly for locking. That's how the staff did and showed to me 2. Dead old air conditioner though its functions and broken fan regulator. Carry flier to operate this fan regulator 3. Broken and opened bath room window 4. The room was not cleaned properly. Even the waste papers and left outs of previous guests, not removed from drawers 5. No hot water in the morning. You need to wait till noon to get help from the sun, for heating up the solar panels 6. Break fast like uppuma, Dosas, pooris prepared in large quantity by several hours before, to serve you COLD. 7. Does not accept credit card ( swiping machine for cards never work in kerala since it attract charges ) so keep cash or upi payment system ready 8. Dont get carried away by those photographs shown, online. It might probably be taken during the hotel's inaugural days, by ages ago.
