Collection O 75308 Floatel International Beach Resort

After booking this hotel through Oyo, I was called and asked for Rs 1000.00 extra per room just minutes before check-in. I informed the hotel that I have confirmation from Oyo over the rent. The person from the hotel also informed that they had informed Oyo about it and cut the call abruptly. Oyo confirmed after numerous efforts via their phoning system that there is no such change. Interestingly, before an hour of arriving at the property Oyo asks me to change to another property. It took me 2 hrs to get my booking changed to another hotel. We were two families travelling with kids and were stranded because of the commotion between Oyo and the hotel. My first such experience, even after booking confirmation that a hotel asks for more money. How come such a reputable company like Oyo takes no action but scumbs to unruly requirements of hotels rather than listening to their esteemed guests.

they are saying no connection with oyo. me arrived at hotel at 11 pm. Nobody in the reception. one number is there. more than three time ls called. they asnswer the call and said oyo booking not acceptable. They are asking extra price than we book. Never go there for stay

They are asking extra price than we book at online. I asked to reimburse but they denied and the owner told to get me out from there property. I never felt this much insult in my life. Never go there for stay

We were three people , booked AC room; went to this hotel but one found it locked at 11.30pm on 01-09-2023. The watchmen told us that this hotel is being kept closed since two months. Therefore it is it cheating and very bad experience.

Oyo is useless and cheating the customers with posting fake photos. The room looks like dump yard. Full of mosquitoes and it is uncleaned. I asked for change of property but the Oyo executives are giving stupid answers. I understood Oyo is cheating. Please don't come here

Balcony with bird poo, bedsheets with fungus, bathroom& staircase full of water leaks, no lift facilities. Left immediately after seeing the room. Thankfully after an hr long conversation, mmt gave a full refund.

Guys better escape from this hotel, no facilities, nothing there, full of mosquitoes and the AC they mentioned are ulter waste. I booked through an online platform that's why not understand there trap, don't fall by the pictures given and don't waste your hard earned money , I think you can stay at footpath better than this, seriously !!!

They do not confirm bookings and they ask to cancel it by giving silly reasons.
