Cliff Exotel International Beach Resort

One of the worst Experience one can have.! We booked for 10 rooms for a family function, but the Owner didn't care to provide our needs. We got only 8 & made us to wait for 2 rooms which he couldn't make. So we need to find 2 rooms outside. *No proper clean rooms - As you can see dust all around. *No proper maintenance or helper to call on help. *Its not a beach view or any ..Just a time waste & irresponsible Owner. "When we checked with owner Munavar - Hid attitude & response is so bad". *So people for stay or vacation don't deserve this place*. We couldn't have an option to move out as it's all family members came for function. They just charge money but don't provide any good service. simply they are not cared for customers. Don't go by looks or photos posted in website. ITS A TRAP.. There are other nearby good Villas ,Hotels provide good rooms.

We booked the room via Oyo and the room we got was very small even if we booked 3X Deluxe room. We asked for sea facing side and they gave the opposite telling that other rooms were booked. But, the sea facing rooms were vacant till we left. Overpriced for the experience we got. There was TV, but no cable connection. The room cleanliness was not upto the mark and is no way comparable to images shown in Google/Oyo. We had to ask for everything including, towels, soap, glasses etc. This cloud be improved. No toothbrush / shaving kit provided. Hot water tap was under repair. So, no hot water as well. Chairs in the room were broken as well. Extremely dissatisfied with the experience we got at this place.

I didn't really have a stay at the guest house. I actually went to my aunt's house which is just behind. So I just entered Cliff resort and had a pep talk with a worker there. Parking is adequate and the worker said the rooms were pretty good. There is no restaurant here but you can order your preferred choice of food and it'll get delivered.

My son booked for 6 nights and stayed only for 3 nights as he was not comfortable there. Not at all worth for money. The electrical sockets are blackish and room phone was broken. Hotel reception work does't work. This hotel is under YOYO rooms and they even could not help. For daily food, they charged Rs. 1,000.00 (breakfast, lunch, dinner). For 3 nights stay, hotel charged for 4 nights. The hotel owner does't know how to communicate with people. An unpleasant person and talks in a threatening way. I won't recommended anybody to stay in this hotel.

I have no idea why, but the place scared me. Even a single step inside of the hotel felt like I should even step a foot inside. The owner interferes within your matters too much, the room smells of cigarettes (or could be a blood bath), the AC does not work, rooms are small, no food at the hotel and also, the owner has no idea how to run the business. We ran away from the hotel at the slightest chance. We had the booking for two days but we could not even complete one day. I wish things get better with the hotel but till then I recommend to not go.

1. Dusty room, very old bedsheet and pillow that they clean rarely. 2. They'll say wifi is available (in Oyo app) but in the lobby only, not available in rooms 3. Not sanitized as Oyo says(they even failed to clean the room, it was really dusty, you can feel the dust when you walk) 4. Complimentary breakfast is available (in Oyo app) which is a lie. 5. Don't think that the bathroom they provide is up to the standards, but it was ok.

Stayed at Cliff for 2 nights. The sea is just 50 mtrs away but can't reach it as two properties are ahead of this hotel. Moreover u can only see a small portion of sea from some of the rooms. Only 10 rooms in total. The new management is just getting their act together. Kitchen is yet to start. Some issues with licence I understand. But hopeful to start by new year. One Bengali boy does all the servicing but we didn't hv any complain. Morning tea comes with biscuits. Good welcome. Only one free bottled water per stay. Can be improved. Room is very small and no privacy. The bed is in full view when door opens. Our room had a balcony overlooking the sea. Washroom was clean but need replacement of bath tub. Good air-conditioning and hot water geyser made stay comfortable. The reception area is large, airy and very quiet. That was nice. A small lawn with car parking and the greenery all around made a perfect getaway. The approach to hotel (50 mtrs) is a mud road. Being a small hotel, I wonder if it can afford good service even though the name has an 'International' tag attached. The hotel is more suited for short business traveller.

Perhaps the worst place I have stayed in the last 15 years. The owner is at best a conman. Only thing that was as cold as him was the water. AC do not work properly, fans are dusty, cracks in tiles and floors. Even the staff seems indifferent towards the covid protocols.
