Blue Nile Beach Resort

Resort is in really bad shape, no maintenance at all, everything seems rotten. We could feel electric current on water tap. AC not working. Water pressure too low and leaking. Changed room but TV not working. Staff is not attentive, not supplies , not even water bottle or anything things. Total waste of money. Only upside is location.

!!!Attention Travelers!!! Writing this review for you people to plan up accordingly, I had the worst ever experience with the staff at this hotel. On my visit to Blue Nile Beach Resort, they recently had painted(Chunna paint) the hotel had a bad paint smell all over the place. I had been there with my family and I have a 1 year old kid, who is allergic(Skin allergy) to such strong odor and upon visit to the location I got to know the rooms has been painted. So I informed the person at reception that we won't be able to stay here as its regarding health issue of my child so asked them to return the advance amount or a part of it, which I had paid them earlier but they refused and started to have a heated argument. The shameless part is he started comparing my child with some other guest's 2 months-old child who had been there couple of weeks ago. He said the other child didn't have any problem with the paint odor how can your child have any issues. After listening to his kind words and understanding his mentality, I had to leave the place immediately and search for another place to stay.

Given an option to give negative rating for the staff who takes booking on call, I would have done so.They act as if they are concerned about your online booking while we try to prebook it and suggest to pay advance only during the week of the stay and they provide false promises about room bookings then end up saying it's all booked. Very bad customer experience. Don't recommend it at all for anyone.

It's a clean hotel in a very good location on Payyambalam Beach, but it's a bit overpriced. They have limited parking space of 4 cars, but they are managing the space well to keep 6 to 8 cars. staff were very polite.

PLEASE AVOID THIS 'BEACH RESORT'. One of the worst places to spend a holiday in. Service is terrible - the person working night shift on 21st Dec told us not to disturb him when service was required. location is horrible - no proper parking, approach road is terrible. Rooms were stinking. ALL IN ALL ONE OF THE WORST PLACES TO SPEND A HOLIDAY, PLEASE AVOID

Had a pleasant stay at this place. Right opp to beach. Good beach view. Rooms and near. Ac is good. Ample parking only for guests. Today shop is nearby, beach games are nearby to this place. The host Mr. Deepak is very kind and welcoming. All our queries and requests were addressed promptly. Will recommend this place.

I have experienced very rude and bad behaviour from the receptionist on jan 30, 2025 and several times. That guy behaved very rudely . Never ever visit this hotel again.
