Beach Residency, Kannur

I and my cousin did a girls trip to Kannur that's when we had a lovely experience of staying at Beach Residency for 3 days. We stayed in budgeted AC room, room and comfort of the mattress were perfect. Bathroom was very small, but then the smooth experience of living here totally stole the show. The entrance to the stay and the love they have shown towards maintaining the greenery around the property was just too good. The receptionist/host were very kind gentlemen and always showed up responding well for our requests. Totally a great stay in Kannur, fully recommend for all kinds of travellers.

BR has a friendly, welcoming vibe that I thoroughly enjoyed during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby has coffee and tea, and drinkable water. The staff are nice and helpful. It's less than 10 minutes to the beach and to the city center. Excellent value for money.

I don't think their service and hospitality can be measured by mere star ratings--their generosity was beyond anything we could have imagined. We were a group of three girls visiting Kannur for the first time to witness Theyyam. Our plan included attending a performance at 4 AM, but when we couldn't find an auto, one of the owners personally drove us to our destination, ensuring our safety. Initially, we had checked out at 4 AM, certain that we wouldn't return in time. However, the heat was exhausting, and we had to come back to rest for a while.As we had already checked out ,we decided to sit in the lobby but soon dozed off. Noticing our exhaustion, the owner graciously offered us a guest room. When we insisted on paying, he immediately refused, allowing us to rest there without any charge. They made sure that this was the best experience. All their staffs were absolutely welcoming and helpful . The rooms were also very neat and pleasant and budget friendly .The location also is accessible to the city Thank you Beach Residency.

Although we arrived with concerns, All those concerns were dispelled when we saw the behavior of the staff there and the systems that were put in place at that institution. I can especially say that a family can come and stay in peace and safety, Beach Residency is a great feeling... I will never forget it (the entire staff, the owner...,,) Thanks Rajeev A. The staff there is very friendly. I have traveled to many places and stayed at many hotels, and I can say with full confidence that the customer service is 100/10 here. The rooms are also clean. It is close to the beach, and the rate is very reasonable.

I stayed at Beach Residency, Kannur for one night in a budget AC room, and it was a pleasant experience. The AC was perfectly chill, making the stay comfortable despite the coastal humidity. The room was neat and well-maintained, providing a clean and cozy atmosphere.

It was good and the prices of the room was so affordable. AC rooms are with in 2k . They don't provide breakfast but we can order through Swiggy and all . It was decent room and well maintained room.

Me and my sister had been to kannur for 2 nights and 3 days. We took a ac budget room The room was good whereas the restroom was small but still clean and hygienic. The bed is super soft and cozy and we had an uninterrupted power supply. Besides the staff were super friendly and supportive. During midnight around 2 am I felt cold and called and asked for a blanket the receptionist got it so quickly. Additionally I got a jackfruit and they helped me with the cutting of the fruit. They also helped with getting us contacts for booking bike rentals & also they were too sweet to recommend places to watch theyyam near our stay. And also as you enter the stay you can see a mango tree and full of greenery plenty of space for parking. Highly recommend this place for a perfect stay.
