I had the pleasure of dining at Anansa Boutique Hotel's restaurant, and it was a fantastic experience! The ambiance was lovely, but the real highlight was the exceptional food and service. The culinary team truly impressed us with their delicious dishes. Each bite was a flavor sensation, and the presentation was impeccable. Whether you're in the mood for local specialties or international cuisine, their menu has something for everyone. What made our dining experience even more special was the outstanding service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and ensured that we had everything we needed. Special mention must be made of Miss Jessica, who provided us with personalized attention and made us feel welcome. Overall, I highly recommend Anansa Boutique Hotel's restaurant for a memorable dining experience in Kannur. Delicious food, exceptional service, and warm hospitality make it a must-visit!

We stayed during Apr 3-4 for one night. Booked two Beach View Rooms for 5 Adults and two kids. We had a great time at Anansa. Very clean and spotless rooms and washroom. Amazing view of the beach with a balcony. Away from hustle and bustle of Payyambalam beach, it felt like we had a private beach to ourselves. Staff was very welcoming and made sure every request was attended, especially Deena on Front desk was very helpful. Breakfast can be improved a bit but otherwise great stay and I highly recommend for anyone traveling with Family.

We recently stayed at this resort in Kannur and had had a pleasant overall experience. The property offers beautiful scenic views from all the rooms, which we really enjoyed. The rooms were spacious and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We had booked 3 rooms, and while two were quite comfortable, Room 102 had a few issues - the AC wasn't functioning properly and there was no hot water. The resort is suitable for regular local travelers but may not meet international standards. Some basic amenities were missing, such as laundry bags, good quality towels, and WiFi details (which were not shared with us). Also, there was no way to contact reception directly from the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and generous, and we truly appreciated the early check-in that was offered. With a few improvements, this resort has great potential given its location and welcoming team.

We had an awesome stay at Anansa Hotel! It checked all the boxes for us. The housekeeping staff was super helpful -- they quickly sorted us out when we needed extra chairs for guests and a room clean-up. The sea view was really nice too. The restaurant service was a bit on the slower side, but overall, we had a really good experience and everything we needed was taken care of.

The only reason for a 1 star was the receptionist, she was sitting at the left side of the entrance. She acknowledged us with a genuine smile and requested us to wait until she can accommodate us in the restaurant. I made the mistake of eating at Anansa. I selected this restaurant due to the numerous favorable reviews. However, this turned out to be the worst dining experience I have had in Anansa. Since it was Sunday, running special "biriyani fest", all the staffs were busy as they were not prepared to serve around 9 tables. The service was terrible and the food even worse. They seemed to be very disorganized as I spoke with multiple servers for the dishes we have ordered. All the Servers are politely taking the orders and we had first bite of our food after waiting around 35 minutes on the table. There were supposed to be 4 different types of biriyani included in the offer, expected to serve on a banana leaf but leaf was out of stock. They served the biriyani one by one with a gap of around 10 minutes after finishing the plate. The chicken pieces in the Lucknow and Ambur biriyani was rubbery and beyond chewable. When I asked waitress for hot water, after multiple reminders she served it in a glass which is slightly bigger than tequila shot glasses. The entire restaurant is having 2-3 jars of hot water to serve all the tables. I ended being billed for one plate biriyani which was not served and I requested the cashier to remove it. I had high hopes for this place, but it fell short in almost every aspect.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The food was decent, and the service was excellent. The place was clean and easy to find. The highlight was the stunning sea view - truly breathtaking. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The service was awesome. The location was splendid and calming. The receptionist, Deena did a good job and was friendly to give us the guidance for this place. The ambience was pleasant and well maintained. The food was delicious and my overall experience here is amazing and mesmerizing.

Hotel location is very good with access to the beautiful and cleanest beach. Rooms are also decent but so many repair issues in the bathroom. Sink was blocked. Their overall service is pathetic. AC is hardly working anywhere. We were waiting the lounge and the AC was not working and even after notifying they were not accepting it. Clear P6 error was coming indicating compressor is not working. For dinner when we asked for the table the staff were very arrogant and not giving the table. Finally we got some separate room which took lot of time and we waited for the food for almost an hour. Food was not even tasty. Next day they provided buffet breakfast which you won't call as a buffet. Street side dosa bandi is more tasty than the dosas they served. The batter was sour and dosas tasting so bad. Overall these people need to improve on their hospitality, the way they treat customers is very bad. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
