Good budget hotel. Single non Ac for 650 and Single AC for 1000 per night. Clean. Big room for a single person. Tv, table and chair available. Location is a bit interior. Online food delivery is an option for food. 2-3 small shops available near by. Close to odhens hotel. Don't expect much of service. Soft drinks availble in reception

Neat sheets, room and bathroom with good wifi. Centrally located close to both the railway and bus station. Market and eateries are close by makes it a perfect spot to stay for few days to explore the city. Great price for the rooms they give you

Stayed here for 4 days/3 nights recently. While check-in the property owner was there and she gave all information about how to travel to various places in Kannur with no hesitation for all my cross questions. The owner and the staff working here were helpful on all 4 days. That itself is a good service. Booked double room with TV which was clean with comfortable bed and have a table, chair and a cupboard too. The bathroom too was clean with new fittings. For food there are two nearby restaurants located at walk able distance, 1. Saranya restaurant at 50m and 2. Hotel Odhens at 100m. Also have few mini marts located near by. From Railway station the property is at 1km and autos charge Rs.30. Nearby landmark to convey to auto drivers is Alukkal Nursing Home or Hotel Odhens.

Please don't book non AC single room without tv . Because they treat us like a slave. We don't get inverter support and they don't inform earlier. And the reception staff also don't consider us as a guest . Really pathetic experience.

If you are looking for a budget ac room with minimum amenities, do check this place. Neat, clean room, with AC and tv for like 800 rs a day, (online booking from goibibo) very helpful and friendly owner and staff.
