Treebo Sadhoo Heritage

I had high expectations, but my stay was frustrating due to poor service, lack of hygiene, and failure to provide even basic necessities. First, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The room had an unpleasant odor, the bathroom was dirty, and the bedsheets had visible stains. It was clear that housekeeping was not thorough. The pool area also seemed poorly maintained. To make matters worse, there was no water in the room for long periods, making it impossible to shower, flush the toilet, or even wash hands properly. On top of that, the electricity supply was highly irregular, with frequent power cuts that lasted for hours. This made it difficult to charge devices or even use air conditioning, adding to the discomfort. When I brought these issues up with the staff, they were unhelpful and dismissive, offering no real solutions or even an apology. Overall, this was a terrible experience. For the price, I expected at least basic cleanliness, a steady water supply, and reliable electricity. I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

It has a really good environment. Even though we visited late night around 12:30 am, the management was supportive and clean swimming pool was add on and complement breakfast was best I had in Kerala. Best resort to stay.

Rooms are spacious , clean and Lively . Our stay was super comfortable. Noel as host was super approachable and helped us out in anything we needed .

I stayed at Sadhoo Heritage Resort for a weekend, and it was delightful! The ambiance of the place reflects traditional Kerala heritage, and the lush greenery around adds to the serene vibe. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the food was excellent. The staff was very courteous and attentive, making the stay truly enjoyable

I visited the property today. The service they provide was very bad. There is no force in water flow.. The bathroom fittings are very old and not maintained properly. They are not even checking room before they letting us in .. they just give us the key and leaving like that.. we have to ask for tea powder spoon sugar etc.. they are not checking is that available in room or not. The worst service i ever got.. Not worth the money paid..wanted to give a lower rating if I could but giving the minimum now. Breakfast was horrible and staff was rude. I will never recommend sadhoo heritage resort to anyone and I was deceived by the photos..
