Thekkumbath Sea Breeze Pool Villa

The experience we had at this resort was fantastic. It was a lot of fun. This is a great choice for a family. All modern facilities and the pool were in good condition. All the necessary information is provided by the resort owner who is kind enough. A person who is very generous. Caretaker too. A person who is willing to help us with all our needs. Our stay and the facilities provided by them were enjoyable for us. A peaceful vacation is what this place offers.

We were at this place last 2 days. Really good place with all amenities. I would suggest the property is cleaned daily. During our 2 day stay nobody even came for sweeping the rooms. The water supply also was not satisfactory. The motor had to be switched multiple times. Other wise the place is v beautiful. Hope the place will be maintained dustfree. The caretaker was also very obliging inspite of communication problems

We had an amazing one night stay at the property. The villa is in amazing shape with all the new technologies incorporated. For the first time I am seeing Alexa being in place in all the three rooms plus in the common area upstairs. Modern bedrooms with all the amenities including air conditioning with superbly maintained bathrooms. The common room upstairs is a revelation with a bar counter on one side and with pool table, table tennis table and football table for the kids to enjoy. The common room is also equipped with projector and excellent sound system if you want to enjoy some music. The outside area is also well maintained with the main attraction being the clean pool which everybody would enjoy. There is a caretaker on site who was considerate of all our requests and was really helpful. All in all an excellent property to stay for 3 families or for a group of 10 people max. Five star Rated.

Great stay. Luxurious interior and all rooms with alexa connectivity. Equiped with Mini bar counter 8 ball pool & table tennis was pinch of salt on top Pool is a small one but can be fun to be in. Sandeepettan's barbecue was a little too spicy for us to handle. Food was expensive compared to stay cost. Overall great experience. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property and surroundings, centrally located but at a very calm and quite place.we were two families had a great time, the hosts have taken trouble into every detailing to make the guests feel super good. Rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained with modern super clean restrooms. Alexa to help you in all the rooms. Outdoor and indoor activities for both adults and children. Badminton court , a nice and well maintained swimming pool with a barbeque area. A bar counter with BYOB, snooker table , TT table, foose ball and carroms. The host does not stay at the premises but has a very helping and non interfering care taker who very willingly did whatever that we asked for. He will even cook for us if told in advance. Walk to the beach was just 5-10 mints away. Overall simply superb place. I highly recommend it to single, larger families and also group of friends wanting to to have a great time...!!

Very good ambience and tasty Sufficeint food. Very advanced AI updated. Will recommend to friends and relatives. Owner was frequently checking and updating our needs and requirements.
