ATS Gateway enjoys a prime location right next to Lulu Mall, Palakkad, making it a convenient stay for travelers looking for easy access to shopping and dining options. The rooms are spacious, offering ample space for comfort. However, the hotel is still undergoing work, with only a few rooms currently open. This ongoing construction leads to frequent power cuts, and since the generator has to be manually switched on each time, there is a noticeable delay of about five minutes before power is restored. Another downside is the quality of fittings in the bathroom. The materials used seem to be of low quality, and some fixtures are already showing signs of damage. Additionally, the air conditioners installed appear to be second-hand units, affecting their performance. Guests may need to set them to the highest cooling level to achieve a comfortable temperature. Overall, while the location and room space are positives, the ongoing construction, power issues, and subpar fittings impact the overall experience.

Rooms and bathrooms can be cleaner With just a little effort they can be much better. The good thing was the food in their restaurant.
