Absolutely the worst hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything was a disaster. The staff was rude and unhelpful, check-in took forever, and the room was filthy -- stains on the sheets, a foul smell, and mold in the bathroom. The air conditioning barely worked, and noise from neighboring rooms made it impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, the amenities they advertised were either broken or non-existent This hotel has the worst service I've ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, the staff was inattentive, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to our needs. It took over 30 minutes just to check in, and no one offered any apology for the delay. When we asked for basic assistance -- extra towels, help with a room issue -- we were either ignored or met with attitude. The front desk was consistently rude and acted like we were bothering them. At no point did anyone try to make things right. I expected much better, especially considering the price. I will never return and absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone who values decent customer service

Nice location, very cleanly rooms, good caring staff, peaceful zone, everything super... Just enjoy the vacation....
