Raj Residency, Kanhangad

I had a great stay at Raj Residency, Kanhangad. The service was excellent, and I want to especially appreciate Najmin for her kindness and professionalism. She was attentive, helpful, and made sure we had a comfortable experience. Her warm and friendly approach truly stood out. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Raj Residency in Kanhangad is multipurpose centre. Conference Hall, Bar, restaurant and rooms are available here. It is good for small and big functions.

During my stay in Kanhangad from March 14 to 16, 2025, I visited Raj Residency a couple of times. Excellent food, great location, and top-class restaurant service. Thanks a lot, Dileep, for the great experience!

I had ordered a squid roast from Raj Residency Restaurant, and it was a very disappointing experience. The dish was undercooked, with the squid not properly roasted, leaving it chewy and unpleasant. The masala was poorly made, with an overpowering and off-putting flavor. To top it off, I had stomach issues after eating, which raises concerns about the quality and hygiene of the food. This is not what I expected from a reputed restaurant. I strongly advise the management to focus on improving their food quality and preparation standards.

I visited the hotel for a marriage function.the property is beautiful and nice .the maintenance is so poor, and the housekeeping department is so poor .room was so dirty AC was making noise, only if the management was not focusing on the quality of the housekeeping. definitely, it will be a mess.

We have come to visit "Anandashram" few days back. we have selected " Raj Residency". Good Service, Clean rooms, Food is satisfactory, house keeping is appriciated . We had a good and plasent stay. All the staff are professionals. Very Good place to stay at Khankad.
