Hotel Bekal International

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Clean and well maintained rooms and the sumptuous breakfast made the stay enjoyable. The friendliness and of the reception staff makes you welcome right from the time of check in. Since we had booked our room online, the check in process took only a couple of minutes. There is parking space for about six cars at the property itself. Since it is in a single lane, taking out your car is a bit difficult but the hotel staff are always ready and available to bring out your car. Overall we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Excellent hospitality--especially thanks to Haris I stayed here during an important personal trip, and while the place itself is clean and functional, what really stood out was the service--particularly from Haris. He went out of his way to make sure I had the right space and setup for a very important conversation. No fuss, no hesitation--just calm, competent, and genuinely thoughtful help. Haris made things smoother when I needed them to be, and I'm really grateful for that. If you're looking for a place with people who care beyond the standard playbook, you'll find that here--especially in him.

Whether we needed assistance from the front desk or room service, the staff responded quickly and always with a smile. One small concern was the limited parking space. It can get a bit tight, especially during busy hours. A helpful addition might be a valet parking service, which could ease the parking hassle and further enhance the guest experience. Overall, Hotel Bekel International offers an excellent combination of warm hospitality, clean and comfortable rooms, and efficient service. With a small improvement in parking arrangements, it would be nearly perfect. Highly recommended!

It was a great staying experience. The rooms were very clean. Mr. Mohamed abbas was very helpful. Will always come back here when in town.

We booked a double room for three people. The hotel is conveniently located near the NH, making it easily accessible. The restaurant on the first floor is excellent, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious and hygienic. The room, including the washroom, was clean and well-maintained. However, there were a few issues that need attention. The extra bed provided was not clean and had fallen hair on it. In the morning, we noticed sewage water overflowing in front of the reception, which was unpleasant. Additionally, the extra bed's bedsheet and pillow were just handed to us, and no one came to arrange them. While the stay had its positives, addressing these concerns would greatly improve the overall experience.

Had a wonderful stay at Bakel International during my visit to Kanhangad. The hospitality, politeness, and behavior of the staff were truly commendable. From the warm greetings at check-in to the smooth assistance throughout the stay and the courteous farewell at check-out--everything was impressive. Very well maintained. Good support staff. Service was great. Convenient location. Those who are going to central university of Kerala, it is an ideal place to stay. Easy to get Auto, Taxi or bus to Periye. We stayed there for 2 days and it was a very good experience. In fact this is the second time we chose Hotel Bakel international for our stay. The restaurant was not functioning. But lot of restaurants are around and so it is not an issue.
