Big Mall Residency

Rooms are spacious. A lot of mosquitoes in AC room even after closing all visible openings . Room service is very poor. Reception staff used to call guest to reception area for collecting any item. No room cleaning or they never asked for it. No refilling of water /tea kit etc until unless demanded. No uninterrupted power back up. A lot of power interruption faced during the stay. Toilet seats are defective. No news paper. By considering the huge budget as compared to peers , a lot of improvement required for this hotel.

Spacious and clean rooms with affordable rates. Highly recommended. The receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me with booking the room online. She also showed me the room. Very convenient location. Middle in the city.

Very spacious rooms. Clean|1.5 ton AC was placed near the place where we sleep which was uncomfortable. Bathroom cleanliness and plumbing issues faced. Rest all ok. There are good hotels nearby and it's walkable from bus stand and also near to Railway station

Best residency in Kanhangad. Only problem is with dying flower plants without proper air and light. It's the second time we are checking in. But we would look forward to a small pantry so that we have access to tea, coffee, juice, etc on a small trip.

i must say that tailors and designers are great here they literally follow every single steps that we request in our outfits they all are very humble and patient they do listen to our demands patiently Thank you shobika wedding specially their tailor and designers great job MashaAllah
