During our club meet, we visited this bar nearby for a quick refreshment. It's a small but decent AC bar. The serving staff were professional and friendly. The prices seemed slightly higher compared to nearby bars, but overall, the experience was pleasant. Recommended for those seeking a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

Well trained staff; there was always someone standing outside the room for room service, which affected our privacy. Please consider this. Below-average breakfast we need to eat what they are giving, there is no opation to choose even tea or coffee. The rooms are average, but the smart TV is a good feature. The bathrooms are not cleaned very well. There is a kettle, but no sugar or spoon provided, even after requesting. Overall, this property is not good value for money. Not recommend for couples

We booked our stay at this hotel from one of the booking sites two stars for room and 0 star for the service I would never suggest this place to anyone every again. There were no toiletries no hot water the worst part is that no one available at the reception or house keeping well need to wait at the reception for 30 mins just to meet the receptionist worst complementary breakfast ever had. You try for better hotels for the same price

One of the worst experience I have ever had. We have booked 3 rooms through online and the guy who sits in the reception has no idea about our booking. It took almost one hour to identify the correct rooms and by the way he opened wrong room and there is already families inside the room . When we asked about the reason he said I am newly jointed and wait for his colleague. No hot water and can see cockroaches in the toilet. Regarding break fast it took again I hour to serve and I between we need any additional item we have to knock the kitchen room. Noted: No trained staff in the hotel and Pour customer service. Not at all advisable.

Nice ambience delicious food and friendly service good experience

Well I reached at 2 am. I got the room. No. The room was simply opened. No one assisted in turning ac, lights etc. no water in the room. I had to ask and he gave me a half litre bottle. Normally 1 litre is provided. In the morning I thought the room phone was working but to my surprise it was not. I had to change to go myself to get towels. The curtains in the room were dirty. Upon leaving I had requested to change curtains, make my room, get the wash basin tap working, and keep water in the room. Only room was made. I thought breakfast would be good and only Puri bhaji. I skipped breakfast. The next morning the same breakfast was served Puri bhaji. And the worst in all this was Treebo as a brand does not allow you to call property directly. I had gone crazy calling the helpline but nothing. When I tried contacting support on chat they have option. What plz let me if you reach late. I did and when I reached the property the man was like is your room booked , who booked, how booked etc , normal checking takes 10 mins max if u booking online but it took my 45 mins to get myself checked in. Now you only tell me how I should give a 5 star rating?
