i just went for the new year celebration yesterday, i got a very bad experience with the staff and the owners. its like they are fooling ppl there and the party was a fake one. the dj is fake whatever they conduct there was a fake new year party. they cheated the entire floor. and who all questioned was teased like they are something big like they have and extra one. and what am i saying is i never recommend this to anybody. dont go there. and pls ppl give a review who all there yesterday. thank you.

I am guest of this hotel and I really feel safe here. The rooms are bright and the bed is very comfy. The service staff is very friendly and caring whatever we need they will arrange and help us with food & drinks. The restaurant food is very tasty and the kitchen is very clean and hygienic.

Very bad. The business is playing with the help of some local goondas. Normal people need to be afraid of them. What a pathetic situation for the customer service even the managers are also supporting this. What is happening during night time? Unusual activities and movements going on at this hotel after midnight. Required a strict law and enforcement in this area.

Worst hotel ever stayed. Live in the train station, not here

It was a nice experience. Good place to be in. They have in house restaurant and Bar. Very nice ambience, couple friendly place(restaurant and bar). Food rating is good, it may take 10-15 minutes to get food after ordering, since they are making live. Payment counter support cash/card/UPI. Staff is very good in explaining food items and helps in arriving right decision that suits our taste.

Pros: -Spacious rooms -Breakfast is good -Gentle receptionist and good staffs (if you are lucky enough to meet one) -Security cams and security provides secure feel. Cons: Not recommended for family stay due to below reasons -Far away car parking (approx 30-50 Mts) -Service from hotel management is hard to get as phone in room doesn't work and nobody cares you. -Bar attached, which makes noisy,loud environment at night makes it worst ambience for family stay. If you are ok with above cons, you can make a try. If they could manage better parking and different passages for BAR and rooms, they will get 5 stars.

It's a vibe restaurant cum Bar for Every class people, top floor is the most recommended place to sit and have ur dish and wine. And also they are Serving Hukka separately. Charging around 600 rs , a group of people can try it not a harmful one.

I just visited for a live MotoGP watch session , no food & drinks or even room , so overall the place was cozy and the first floor is facing opposite to CROWN PLAZA Hotel kochi , the project was placed in the hall of restaurant and I with some other motorsport enthusiasts watched MOTOGP
