Nestled in the lush greenery of Kallar, River County Resort is a perfect getaway for nature lovers and those seeking peace and relaxation. The staff is courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, making the overall experience very pleasant. Food served at the resort is homely and delicious, with a good mix of Kerala delicacies. The resort also offers guided nature walks inside a farmhouse and campfire facilities, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking for a break from city life.

Location is good.. Service was very poor. The attitude of the owner who was also managing the front desk was arrogant and unexpected..We booked the place for a meeting of about 25 people and stay over. Electricity failed repeatedly in the night and generator also didn't work properly. Food was just average and service of the food was very unprofessional. Rooms were average.

We, a group of 10 people stayed here for a night. All was good. But the lack of proper management was very visible. Probably due to holiday season + week end. All the rooms were fully occupied and the avaible staff were struggling to manage things. Food was delicious. I want to advice the owner / management to pay more attention. Get training from professionals in the field. Your place and buildings are awesome.

The rooms were average not worth , and there was no dedicated parking available. Both the rooms and the service fell short of expectations. While the evening dinner was tasty, it was served at 9:30 PM instead of the promised 8:30 PM, despite multiple follow-ups. Similarly, breakfast, which was supposed to be served at 9:00 AM, was delayed and was not that tasty. Parking was also a hassle, as we had to wait 20-30 minutes for another car to be moved. Additionally, the person I had given an advance payment to initially answered my calls but later stopped responding. Overall, the hotel needs to improve its professionalism and guest treatment.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at River County Resort, and it was an unforgettable experience! Nestled amidst lush greenery and overlooking the tranquil river, this resort is a true gem. One of the most attracting speciality was the food prepared by "Sanuj". The moment we arrived, we were struck by the resort's picturesque setting and warm hospitality. The rooms were cozy, clean, and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds and modern amenities.

It was an amazing experience there, first at morning you will be surrounded by a natural atmosphere, next at 8 am or 5.30 pm u can visit the river nearby, breakfast will be in pebbles restaurant, only problem is, there will be no network for Sims other than jio,

Trust me guys, they have the best chefs in town! Sanoj bro and saji bro handles each dish like handling a baby in cradle!! Ambience was too good that I decided to ask if they could rent out one of their rooms for tenancy River by the side, serene location, lush greenery, a beautiful farm next door... A paradise in ponmudi for real!
