Worst experience from reception. I can't give a single star for the service i got. Instead of welcoming us they really insulted us. I booked a double room for me and my kids of ages 13 and 10 through agoda. They asked id card for my girl child to stay with me and charged additional 800 for my 10 yr old child for a room which do not even have a space to put an extra bed.

The staff greeted us with warm smiles ...their service was exceptional..They even surprised us with a small cake and rose petals on the bed since it was our anniversary.. The breakfast was very delicious and also they have more variety of options for dinner.. Definitely love to come back for our next stay..And thank you so much for making our stay memorable..

Budget friendly and 100% value for money. Have been in hotels that charge far more for substandard rooms and service. This one was very surprisingly affordable and clean, neat rooms.

Reception service is excellent they are very polite and helpful but restaurant service bcoz of free breakfast they are not caring just watching, coffee was very very cold and they don't help at all even though they were sitting free, I didn't enjoy breakfast at all Currently I am staying here how can I recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Date of stay - 14 Dec 2024 Good - room was big, not large, but spacious enough. Hot water in the bathroom worked fine. There was kettle in the room to make coffee. Also the powders. Overall clean and quiet. Not so good - The staff attitude is not up-to-the-mark. Nothing major to complain, but from security guard to receptionist to breakfast waiters, they were all like 'we are just doing our duty, we can't be bothered much'. We didn't feel any warmth or friendliness. Bad - breakfast. In a dingy / dark place. Not good spread of food. It's better to not provide breakfast. No one is going to get happy about the breakfast.

The room I booked was small and not clean, but that can be forgiven i guess compared to the the way the hotel receptionist and manager treated us. The way theytalked to us was very insulting and downgrading. I have never gotten such treatment from any hotels ive stayed in Kochi. Such low class standards. They have no respect for the customers and they think we are a nuisance for them rather than trying to solve our issues. They didnt explain any hotels Policies to us and then they said they wont be able to refund us for the inconvenience caused and when i asked why they hadnt informed us hotel policies before we checked in , they said they dont have to , its not their responsibility. That day i felt complete helpless and insulted and please guys there are way better hotels in kochi rather than this slum of a place, the rooms and all can be improved but that can be overlooked when in a emergency and when you need a place to stay, but the treatment they gave was downright unacceptable. Me and my husband and friends can vouch for this. Such horrible treatment. Edit: And they resort to cheap tactics to delete our review, they call you and act so polite and ask you to delete the comment if you dont and then they leave a comment twisting the situation and vulgarising the situation as if their reaction and responses to us were justified. If we dont leave a good review , they insult us, try to take reviews as a sense for improvement rather than resorting to cheap tactics. We specifically had an issue with how they talked to us. Other all can be a misunderstanding but they way talked to us was the issue , rather than understanding that , simply vulgarising the situation and leaving a comment so that we will delete our review

Small rooms. Just enough space to walk around. Toilets are good. Amenities are fairly good. Breakfast spread is meagre. Room service prompt. On the whole ,above average comfort

Just visited the bar and the room. The premium bar is merely average, the menu is extremely limited. Although the rooms are satisfactory, they appear overpriced even after being booked with an Agoda discount. However, I have to point out that they have two distinct bars, a restobar in a great location, and a good parking area.
