Hotel Park Residency

I have never given negative review to any of my stay so far. We travelled from Kodangloor to Kochi, unfortunately we reached bit late around 8 pm. Receptionist welcomed nicely but he showed the room which is next to reception ,room number 100. Being family how can we stay at that place which is crowded, people keep coming for enquiries and also bar is next to reception. We requested them provide another room but they said its only place available, if you want to stay you can or you can look for another place. While we were discussing with reception, so called Hotel GM (General Manager)came, his name Akhil Raj, he was so arrogant, disrespectful and didn't have manners how to speak with customer. He was so rude and not ready to listen to us. We were so upset and had to look for nearby room. He doesn't deserve such position. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to such a hotel. After reaching the place we realised the other reviews posted on the portal are absolutely correct. Very bad experience...

Staff in wild Wild West is rude. The guy in white shirt is so rude during closing time. He closed the door in front of customers. You get salary because we are spending money there.

Even the defense personal of this nation,who serves for the so called the great Indian nation,was not treated nice by this so called GM of this institution. Very bad service by this institution. Request not to take rooms here in future.

Location and rooms are good but some of the reception staff behaviour is very bad. We experienced lack of hospitality disrespect and insulting from two ladies staff from the reception. Please don't underestimate guest because not all couples coming there for other play as you might think. Decent couples may to come so don't look everyone with that ugly and suspicious eye.

I recently stayed at your hotel for a night, and I feel compelled to share my experience in the hopes that it will lead to improvements for future guests. To start, I was disheartened by the way I was treated upon arrival. I arrived on my bike, and I noticed a distinct lack of hospitality compared to what I assume would be extended to guests arriving by car. This left me feeling as though the type of vehicle I arrived in determined the level of service I received, which is quite disconcerting. Further, after making full payment for my stay, I did not expect to be given a lecture by your staff. This was neither appropriate nor appreciated, especially when I had already completed the necessary formalities. The room I stayed in was far below the standard one would expect from a hotel that markets itself as "luxury." The lighting was poor, and the overall maintenance of the hotel, particularly on the floor where my room was located, was lacking. I have stayed in various hotels throughout my life, and unfortunately, this was the most disappointing experience. Additionally, I was frustrated by the inconsistent policies regarding delivery to rooms. While I was denied room delivery service, I noticed that other guests were allowed this service the next morning. This inconsistency felt discriminatory and added to the negative experience. As a solo female traveler and business owner, I chose your hotel for its proximity to the RTO office in Cochin, assuming it would meet the standards of a luxury business hotel. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests do not face similar issues. I am very sad about the owner of this place. This place is situated in a very good place but the service and the behavior of the staff will make customers not to visit again. Any business man with right sense would know that this is a good place to make awesome money,considering the location of this hotel. Unfortunately, the service is so bad that you will be discouraged to go there again. This place has huge potential to make lot of business just by improving the customer service. I visited the bar twice and writing this review.

Located right in the neighborhood of Kochi Collector's office and many Govt and Commercial establishments and positioned right on the Sea port - Airport Road.

Stupid hotel to stay, 0% worth for 4 star. I stayed for four nights on business travel. I work for night shift and sleep at day time. Everyday 9 Am they start their renovation work with drilling machine. I need to break my sleep and let them know to stop. On fourth day they never stopped and I lost my sleep throughout. Front office manager response was ruthless. Further, AC was not that great, restaurant plates are rusted, don't feel to eat. Nutshell, doesn't worth to stay here. All 5 ratings are fake, try reading 1 and 2 ratings to know the real quality service of this Park Residency, Kakanadu. Employee response are good, but I think Manager need to be effective to adress customer issues
