Hotel Hill Heights

Pros: This hotel is the perfect place for people visiting Wonderla. The room was neat and clean. The food at the restaurant was great and quantity was more than enough, adding 1 star extra specifically for that. Lots of parking space available. Cons: The door lock was broken and I wasn't able to lock my room when I went outside. I informed the receptionist about the issue, they said they will take care of the issue. But when I came back and checked the issue, it was still there. AC was not functioning properly. It works but taking more than usual time to cool the room.

A good place to stay if you are visiting Wonderla as the theme park is walking distance from the hotel. However, we had some serious problems with our room key as sometimes the door would not unlock. After swiping many times, we were relieved when our door finally unlocked.

I stayed with family on 28, 29 and 30 Dec 2024. Hotel service is poor. When I asked reception for HK, room service, reception numbers to be written on paper, the guy simply replied verbally and asked me to remember. Restaurent service is the poorest and restaurent manager is extremely rude. when I asked for dal fry, he simply shouted saying it's not there, in breakfast when I asked to refill some curry, the waiter simply said adjust with whatever is left. Basically the staff is unprofessional, untrained, arrogant and careless. Better go for oyo instead, as they only provide room and nothing else.

Very bad service .... Bar staff reduce the food quantity and quality.. I have ordered chiken 65 which will be 8 pcs but most of the time I got 7 pcs.. last time I asked this to the waiter.. then they came with one extra piece... This is very bad on service.. staff thinks it's very easy to cheat the customer while drinking....

The stay at this hotel was a nightmare, mainly due to the terrible management. The manager, Mr. Jishnu, was rude and unprofessional, acting like he owned the place. We requested a late checkout for just two hours, but the reception informed us that a maximum of one hour can be allowed. However, just 30 minutes past the checkout time, Mr. Jishnu insulted us in front of other guests, and the staff member who had agreed to the late checkout completely denied it. When we asked to review the CCTV footage to prove the conversation, Jishnu refused, claiming there was no audio. His blatant dismissal felt like a cover-up, and his ruthless behavior was shocking for someone in hospitality. On top of the management issues, the amenities were subpar. We had to call room service multiple times just to get basic toiletries, and hot water was available for only one day. The air conditioning didn't work properly, making the room uncomfortable. While the room itself was clean and the hotel is conveniently located near Wonderla, the dreadful management completely ruined our experience. If the owner reads this, please address the behavior of your staff, especially Mr. Jishnu. One bad apple like him spoils the entire experience. Avoid this place if you can especially if you are with your family!

Rooms are good but the management is very poor. Running the show with skeleton staff. No-one will lift the phones except reception. Room service is not available. House keeping staff are totally missing. Complimentary food items are very limited.Located just opposite to Wonderla, but disappointing to see the facilities. High time management thinks about the remedial measures to save the property and offer facilities to the guests worth for the price.

Great for visiting Wonderla Theme Park. Restaurant is top quality for the area and has very friendly staff
