Super Hotel O Diamond In

Stayed here recently and was extremely disappointed. The room was in a deplorable state, dirty with unsanitary bed covers and the toilets were both broken and unclean. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and unprofessional, showing little regard for any concerns. Overall, this was an awful experience, and never ever recommend this place to anyone.

The guy sitting at the reception doesn't have the manners to talk to me. I told him that at the time of checking, you can take the payment within 10 minutes, then he threw me out of the room even though I had stayed there for 1 day. They harass guests like this and the bed sheet put on the bed in the room is also not clean, it is all dusty and torn. Very bad hotel

Overall for the price the rooms are clean and sufficiently spaced. With most facilities such as tv and ac provided without any deluxe charge. The staff are also quite helpful

Worst experience. Booked the hotel at pay at hotel. And When I reached they told it is already booked. They didn't informed as well. I stayed at car for the night because of this. Filing a case in consumer court for deniel of service.

Nice one for families and so comfortable for new married couples. Nearly get tea shop, hotels, medical shop also.

Booked a room in Oyo app and paid the amount online. Just 2 hours before the check in time they call me and say I have to pay extra or I can't get the accommodation. I asked them to cancel my booking but they wanted me to do it. Called the Oyo customer care and they paid the money on my behalf. Their scanner in the reception area will take 10 mins to scan an ID proof while you are left waiting and the guy in the reception is very rude. Coming to the room itself. It was decent. But giving 1 star for the way they treat customer.

Very bad service and cleanliness. The room smells like someone farted and AC is not working, I already paid for it and when I asked they misbehaved. They didn't give us soap to bathe but were given a long towel. I don't know what they meant.

Had a disappointing experience with OYO. Booked a room through their app, but upon reaching the hotel, the authorities claimed the rooms were full. They mentioned that the OYO app posted an offer without any relation to them. Misleading and inconvenient. Not recommended.
