The hotel's atmosphere was uncomfortable and intimidating, with rowdy crowds and suspicious activity. As a solo female traveler, I felt vulnerable and uneasy throughout my stay. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with broken fixtures and stained linens. The bathroom was filthy, with no hot water and a broken showerhead. But the most alarming issue was the hotel's tolerance of criminal activity. I witnessed suspicious transactions and rowdy behavior from other guests, which made me question the hotel's commitment to providing a safe environment. The staff seemed apathetic and unresponsive to my concerns, which only added to my frustration and fear. Do not stay at this hotel, especially if you're a solo female traveler or with family.It's simply not safe.

We booked for 2 days but we didnt stay same day we left from there because of this and unsafe . Do not stay at this hotel, especially if you're a solo female traveler or with family.It's simply not safe.

We got to the location and there was no one there and just two contact number to call on and we called on one number and no one picked up and called on the second and someone picked and told and said key is on the table top just take and got to the room. Later after going out and getting back late when we went to rest the linen were not even changed and the pillows were all stained it was so evident. It's common courtesy to give fresh linen and pillows. I agree the price is cheap that doesn't mean we have got to stay in an unhygienic place. Very Disappointed as it was just a one day stay.

Overall, it is great value for money. There are no nearby hotels or places to stay, that is a as neat and large as this for such affordable prices. They have good service, blended with responsibility and security of the people. You get house-like experience even when you rent it for one night or day.(We came for one day stay). Good vehicle service.

Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff, they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in kochi.

Maintainence, is not good very dirty rooms and Kitchen Though they come to clean staff not trained. Robert was very helpful he managed well. Management should increase staff

Great place to stay. Reception staff is polite and ready to help any time. I stayed here for 2 nights with my family on a 2BHK apartment and it was a great place to stay. Clean water is there all the time. Super clean rooms and toilet. Silent and calm place. Highly recommended. Only cash and google pay is accepted. Cards are not accepted.

I have experienced a wonderful stay in this hotel. Especially the service of the staffs and the manager. I was fully satisfied.
