Loft Business hotel

Stayed at Loft Business Hotel during our visit to Cochin for a family function. I'm totally impressed with the level of personal attention right from the beginning of the reservation process. The staff was prompt to address concerns, accommodate special requests and ensured timely communication. Room service was prompt. Restaurant service was a little slow and that was the only con to mention. Considering it's a new hotel, I believe this will improve over time. Rooms were well appointed and cozy. Had a pleasant stay and I'd definitely consider Loft if I have to stay overnight at Cochin in future.

I had a fantastic stay at Loft Business Hotel, Kakkanad. The location inside Infopark is perfect for business travelers. The rooms are modern, super clean, and very comfortable with great amenities. The staff were extremely professional and welcoming. Loved the food at the in-house restaurant too--especially the Kerala dishes! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kochi for work or leisure.

Excellent hotel. Had Easter lunch buffet today. Food was very tasty. Mutton biriyani was excellent. Meat was very tender also. Ambience is good . Staff is pleasant. Restaurant manager Mr Vishnu was really helpful.

Best in class business hotel in Kakkanad, near infopark, best suitable for all techies and infopark visitors Neat and premium rooms The food here is amazing, with good quantity and great taste. The service is five-star, and the prices are very reasonable. I really loved the paal kappa and cheriya ulli--so tasty! Perfect place for team lunches and parties. Highly recommend!

Update # Mgmt contacted and promised corrective actions which is a Welcome & promising Move...Hoping better F&B Services in future. Best Wishes. # Rooms and overall ambience are all Good ..But, the restaurant services was terrific and NOT Recommendable...We had a very Unpleasant and Horrific experience last day along with my family....I Had reserved the table in advance as we had 10+ members and had Given order and started waiting...it's been 40-50+ mins and still we haven't even got the soups...and found something very awkward and we keep on asking the Staff - if there is any issues and they said all Ok and asked us to wait little more...but even after 70+mins....NO dishes were served and asked them and they told their is some issue and will take more time and they can't assure if all dishes can be served...This is Too much and the time was 2:15PM....so, we left and had a Very good Lunch from nearby restaurant peacefully. Issues can happen anywhere...but, keeping Customers for long without any clue and not given any proper response on time is Ridiculous and that too We had reserved the table in advance and enquired with the Chef team before coming in....This is Totally unacceptable and Should have been avoided.

The room is big and comfortable, and the service is excellent. The restaurant food has a delicious local taste. I had an amazing experience at Loft Business Hotel. Nandana at the reception is very polite and all staff are welcoming.
