Hotel Olive Eva

The room is pretty small and the overall space felt a bit cramped. The services were just okay -- nothing great. We asked for a matchbox and a towel, and it took them around half an hour to deliver it, which was quite slow. It's decent if you're looking for a short stay, but don't expect very fast service or a spacious room

I was on a business trip here for 2 weeks and I couldn't have asked for a better hotel. They have excellent staff with great service. The rooms are big enough and are well cleaned. The bathroom is clean and smells fresh. The stay comes along with the breakfast buffet which is the best part of the entire stay. The entire menu of breakfast is very delicious and the menu keeps rotating for 7 days. You can have tasty local dishes along with english breakfast options. They also have live counters where you can request for dosas and omelette. The staff is very polite and provides a quick service. A must try would be their egg curry and chicken stew. The in room dining is equally good and in case you want to order a north Indian dish you can go ahead with that too. I was very pleased with my stay here. Thanks to the entire team for the hospitality

Stay was good, food was also nice. Not soo luxurious but we can have a comfortable stay.

My trip within a month and I preferred to stay once again at Olive Eva, Kakkanad. Rooms are neat n clean, hot water throughout the day. Room service is good. I had breakfast at the restaurant and was good. Would suggest they add bit of more variety . Adarsh at the restaurant was very helpful and Ms.Anjana at the front desk reception needs a special mention. Always ready to assist Customers. If you are looking for a stay near Info park in Kochi, u can look at this place.

I had dinner in the hotel and service was very slow and the chicken Lollipop was 3 days old.

Travelled to Kochin twice in the same year and stayed here both the times, they have quite amazing rooms, the staff are very humble staff and the complimentary breakfast is amazing !!! |Different menu each day, with a mix of two Cuisine or more.

Rooms are clean and spacious. My stay was peaceful. Gatsby bar was also good. They have only beer and wine options. Just opposite this hotel, there is a nice market with ample restaurants. Location is also very good. Overall its a very nice place to stay.

"I visited for the second time. The first time was a good experience, but the second time I stayed for less than a day, and they charged me for one and a half days. My stay was from 7 AM to 2 AM. They sent a WhatsApp message to acknowledge my stay but did not mention the amount. Over the phone, they mentioned a half-day charge but did not explain that from 7 AM to 12 PM there would be a half-day charge, and from 12 PM to 2 AM a full-day charge. This was the worst experience I have ever had.
