Neebar Gate Resorts, Kakkadampoyil

The staff behavior and hospitality is very poor.... never suggest to stay... utterly poor service... Kakkadampoyil is a beautiful place with many resorts... try some another property than this.

The resort's ambiance was amazing, and the customer service was excellent. The infinity pool with its breathtaking mountain view was truly memorable. The children's pool and various play activities were perfect for keeping kids entertained. My children were so happy throughout our stay. I was the one who suggested Neebar gate resort to my family. And I am super happy that they didn't disappointed us. Neebar gate resort is situated in an eco-friendly place, surrounded by the peaceful nature. They provides us well & neat rooms, washrooms, dining space, prayer area, parks, swimming pools, camp fire, music, games & many more. For us, It was the best decision to choose the resort as we had a very good experience and treatings. Their service & hospitality were the best part of it. Definitely, the best place to take your family. Go for it & explore..

"My friends and family planned to gather at a village called Neebar, but unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. The facilities they provided didn't justify the high price we paid. The rooms were cramped, barely big enough for two people, with tight spaces and poorly functioning doors and windows. The window, in particular, lacked privacy--it's easy for anyone outside to look in. Despite charging a significant amount, the management seemed unaware of basic hospitality, such as how to properly make a bed. Additionally, the bed drawers provided were broken, and the noise from opening them would wake the baby, which was really frustrating. The bathroom was unclean, and the pool area wasn't well-maintained either. I wouldn't recommend allowing children to use the pool. For the high price they charge, you could easily get better accommodations at a three-star resort. Until they lower their rates or improve their services to match the premium prices they ask for, I strongly advise against visiting, especially with family."

We,43 member family team had a great time on 23/12/24 @neebar gate. Great customer service, good ambience, climate was just ok.For a budget friendly trip its a good choice to stay, especially kids will love it. Breakfast can be improved. The pool is a good one (dont expect as it is in the google pics). Overall 4/5

Going to kakkadampoyil for the second time.One of my cousin suggested me this resort. After searching on internet and checking the reviews we decided to hit this resort. Initially I was little skeptical about the resort cause I had some real bad experiences with previous resorts in other places. However after spending 1 night in the resort I can say this was the best experience we all had. The location is awesome and it is well maintained. It is clean and surrounded by greenery. So a day package includes breakfast ,and evening tea, bonfire and snacks from time to time. The place has cottages having double beds. There are other amenities like carrom, swimming pool, kids pool which are free to use. The best part is the bonfire place .There are provisions of music system. You can party there with the group . The hospitality is too good. Anything you ask for they would come with an answer" NO PROBLEM!!!!!). That was the best part. Guys if you are planning to enjoy the stayout, go and hit this place. Its worth a visit both enjoyment wise and money wise. Thanks NEEBAR GATE.......
