Seven seas hotel Rating: 4.5/5 I had an excellent stay at the Grand Elegance Suites. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were courteous and always ready to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The highlight was the breakfast buffet--fresh, diverse, and absolutely delicious. The hotel's location is ideal, close to major attractions and public transport. However, the parking space was slightly limited, which could be inconvenient for guests driving in. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

Cleaning and building maintenance is very poor.. wifi single is not enough to surfing.. Bedsheet and pillow cover not cleaned properly.. Good supportive Staff..

All bars need to close at 11 pm. But this bar will close at 10 pm. And that stafs saying to finish the dtinks

The only thing good about this hotel is the rooms. They were well kept but the biggest let down was the quality of service. Even though they had a generator for power outages, they never switch it on & we had to spend the night without any fan/ AC. The hotel doesn't even employ a receptionist overnight for any emergency requests. No hot water available even though it was advertised as running hot water available. Lift not working because of all the constant power outages. To top it all off, we were the only guests in the entire hotel throughout our stay. So you'd think the hotel staff would go over & above to provide us with some good service. Give this hotel a skip. There are other hotels providing better service in the same price range.
