This property is located little inside from town. Near and clean room and washroom. Double room size is small and amenities are lesser for the price. For the mineral water you must pay extra. Staffs we're very friendly and cooperative. Have limited parking space infront, have basement parking.

I am Dr.Sreekala C O, Associate Professor, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri Kollam. I stayed here for 3 days for my official purpose, the room is very neat and clean. Wifi has full range and is very fast. The bahaviour of the staff members are very pleasant. I stayed here alone and never faced any difficulty being alone. Restaurant's are there nearby. This tourist home is not giving any complimentary breakfast, but they made arrangement for breakfast from Venus hotel. Thank you AKKARA for giving me a happy stay.

Rooms are okay but not worth the price. I had to pay 2k for a night's stay that too without even providing complimentary bottled drinking water. No clarity regarding check out timing. They have their own rules for that. Plan to stay here only if you have no other options nearby. Never ever try to park your car in their basement. It has a very narrow and sharp entrance. Very difficult to get inside their basement parking.

Rooms are ok, 1 star for the services and unprofessional behavior of reception staff especially the guy names starts with "M". I had booked 4- 5 and altogether used for 19 nights. I am done booking there, wouldn't mind paying more than getting in argument with an unethical staff. Even the lodge owner was present during the argument and didn't bothered at all his Staff's behavior which means he gives his silent approval for exploiting customers. If you are only interested in room then ok to proceed and if you want professional service, then forget about this place. Worst experience even after paying 40k INR. All the very best who are willing the stay there. Thank you.

Had a guest from Bangalore stay up here. We were informed it was just stay, and if we need food we could ask for it and it will be delivered. Just as they said they kept their word. It's a small simple place. Just in and out for stay. Thats it. Price is very justified. My guest stay was for a short while ,only needed to freshen up and sleep. So that part was taken care of just fine. Overall it's fine. I don't understand why people review as if they expect a 5 star experience for the money you pay. Pay more get more. Simple.

This hotel staff doesn't know the difference between blankets and bedspread. I repeatedly asked them for a blanket and they told me the bed spread was the blanket which they provided. Such poor service and very rude staff.
