We had a good time staying here.The staff was very sweet to make us feel comfortable since it was an all girls trip, he also arranged auto for us to explore Varkala and nearby places at a very convenient fare which eased our trip big time. The room prices were also quite affordable given the lake view and it was a wholesome experience. Can't wait to go back!

I stayed for a night needed a place closeby (to the yoga training). Room is basic, but it got what you need for short stay. It does need some maintenance , though. Family lives at the property and can help you arranging taxi, food , etc.. Arjun has been very helpful and available all the time from picking me up at the airport, going to ATM etc..always checking, helping. Very kind, polite and devoted to his job. I got very good breakfast in the morning , as bonus

One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent service provided by Suresh, the staff member who took care of all our arrangements. He was extremely friendly, accommodating, and ensured that everything went smoothly. For families, the children's park was a great addition, giving the kids a fun place to play while the adults soaked in the picturesque surroundings. Overall, Kayaltheeram Homestay is an ideal spot for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in nature with great hospitality. Whether you're staying for just a day or longer, this place offers the perfect balance of comfort, scenic beauty, and family-friendly amenities.

Worth the money. Stayed for a night with a group of 6 adults and 3 kids. Rooms were nice. Playing area and sufficient free space were available. Good service by the management. Very cooperative and almost arranged all our additional requirements like extra bed, specific food, boating etc.

Thank you for accommodating us. It was a nice visit. I need to quote this when I say "kerala have the best seafood" hand down. Thank you for the extraordinary dishes provided as well. Me and my wife enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended.

Kayaltheeram Resort is located in Hariharapuram. From there, the varkala cliff is around 12 km.This is a lovely, peaceful property surrounded by nature. It features a beautiful lake view from the property. The poperty has a kids' park Fish pond Tree house Swing

The hosts, Kayaltheeram Resort & Homestay, were exceptionally warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to make me feel at home, offering valuable insights into local restaurants and must-see sights. Overall, it's a very great place.
