Utsavam Apartments Guruvayur

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very neat and clean, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely good. One of the best perks was the free pick and drop service to Guruvayoor temple, which made our visit much more convenient. The hotel also offered excellent facilities at a very affordable price, making it a great value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Guruvayoor!

Well behaved all staffs. A nice location and a wonderful experience. Well cleaning all rooms and corridors etc. A good vehivle parking area. I suggest my friends and relative's to stay this Apartment. Really appreciate to all. Pls keep it up always. For the complementary Breakfast also.

Excellent stay The hotel's modern amenities, comfy bed, and friendly staff made our stay truly enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Highly recommend 5/5 stars.

We stayed many times as Group of families on wedding functions and single family etc. All times we got nice welcoming and stay. complementary Bf also they provided. The team are very nice especially Mr.Vipin he is coordinated the stay when we have a marriage function and multiple rooms booked

Overall not suggested for public to use this property. Especially the attitude of receptionist and staffs as well as the service they are providig is pathetic. They are never approachable for any service during night incase of late checkins. Provided extra bed with payment in wet condition. Out of 3 rooms, water heater in 1 room only worked, the staffs didn't even checked this stated issue. Impressive offers and commitments during booking are not effective in act. have to wait long time for cab which is offered as complimentary along with room package. Complementary breakfast means 3 small dosas perhead and which will be served in room, this shows deficiency in providing proper service Suggesting management to investigate these incidents and to make sure offered services are effective for public.

Though they have mentioned it as a studio apartment, however, it was a sharing apartment (3 bedroom apartment on a sharing basis) with no facilities provided. 2) The room provided was not clean 3) The bathroom latch was broken, and the shower head was rusted. 4) Dim lights in the bathroom and the exhaust wasn't working. 5) Three bedsheets and pillow covers were all worn out and torn 5) No lights in the living room or in the corridor. All in all, our stay at the hotel was so stressful. We are so disappointed as the image provided on booking.com was just the opposite of what i had witnessed. I hope the hotel apartment team will take my feedback seriously and improve their services.

Spent 3 days there with family. Nice Location, spacious rooms, friendly staff. Check in time is 2pm. They won't allow check in before that even if the room is ready. Breakfast is available for free but I didn't opt for it. Hot water available. Plenty of parking space

If you're after a neat and spacious 1BHK at a bargain price, this place is perfect--just as long as you don't need any working amenities or room service. Lights, AC, water heater? Consider them decorative. And if you make a service request, they'll acknowledge it with the politest nod before promptly forgetting you exist. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience in "do-it-yourself" living.
