A Comfortable and Enjoyable Stay I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in several ways. First and foremost, the parking space was more than adequate, which is always a relief when traveling, especially in busy areas. It's clear that the property has been designed with guest convenience in mind. The rooms were incredibly spacious and well-maintained. They were not only large but also neat and clean, giving the room a fresh, inviting atmosphere. It's evident that the management takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the staff. I recently had the opportunity to visit the temple with my family and chose to stay at this apartment based on the reviews, particularly for its supposed cleanliness. I booked two rooms, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. 1) The towels provided were not clean, the white towels appeared visibly dirty. 2) The bathrooms were not properly cleaned. 3) The room had a mosquito problem. Upon raising this issue, the staff provided a mosquito-killing device. 4) The TV in one of the rooms was not working. The breakfast selection could be improved, and the teacups were not clean. The only positive aspect of this stay was the apartment's proximity to the Mammiyoor temple. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet my expectations.

Good place to stay. Each unit is very spacious- has a mini kitchen, common area and then a bed room. Only issue was there was frequent power cuts which was difficult to deal with since there was no fan or AC during this time. Location is good and close to the temple.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. It was a 2bhk apartment. The place was clean and well maintained. The location was easily accessible and there is ample amount of parking. The only thing which I felt bad was their complimentary breakfast it was very bad.

These people charge what 4 star property does with no proper amenities and very poor service. They mentioned in the website that 2 hours late checkout is allowed. But they forced us to vacate by 11.30 next day. Why false promotions to get business. Will never opt to stay in this place again. Water was floating in washbasin with poor drainage system. Overall very bad experience..one can opt to stay at Renai Sreekrishna for the same amount, which covers break fast options also.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, particularly the spacious and well-priced rooms. The value for money was excellent. My only suggestion for improvement would be the breakfast. With a better breakfast, this hotel would be near perfect. And walkable distance to temple
