SRM Tower Residency

I stayed in the apartment 1 B in SRM recently and the experience was terrible. To begin with the rooms were not maintained and there was mold everywhere. We reached at night and we were planning to visit the temple at night itself. And had to stay in the room for a very short time. The bathroom taps were leaking and bedsheets were old and not clean. The window blinds were falling apart . When we cam back after the temple visit there was no power. We waited for an hour still no power. They had no back up and it was the worst experience ever. We checked out early and left as soon as possible.

I recently stayed one night at SRM Tower Residency and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, upgrading me to a spacious 2 BHK unit upon request. Additionally, I appreciated the convenient ground floor allocation. Overall, the combination of the welcoming staff and the comfortable, upgraded accommodation made for a pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

We had an extremely disappointing experience at this accommodation. The apartment rooms and bathrooms were not clean, and to make matters worse, we found snails in the bathroom, which was very disturbing. One night, the wallpaper in one of the bedrooms began peeling off, and dirt was falling out continuously from behind it. In addition to the poor state of the rooms, the service was just as frustrating. After checking out and making full payment, we requested an invoice multiple times but never received one. This was by far the worst experience we have had with an accommodation.

Room was clean and neat, but there was no drinking water facility inside the room.|Had to go to the ground floor to fill bottles. |They gave us a bigger room since all the other rooms were booked, so that was a bonus. |Stay was comfortable and nice, hosts were sweet and accommodating.

Stayed one night Service is excellent. The receptionist was very kind and helpfull Location- not suit for family withs kids 15-20 minute to temple Room. Spacious but lot of cockroaches. Need bit more attention with neatness

This is what you can expect from this place, sleep for a night and take home a free skin infection! also don't forget to bring candles, because they don't have a backup power either.

The stay at SRM Tower Residency was an absolutely delightful experience. We stayed at one of their 2 bhk suites for 2 days on 13-14 Jan'18. Right from the booking to the checkout, I have been thoroughly impressed by the way we were taken care of. We had also hosted a lunch party for relatives and friends at the beautiful Banquet Hall on the terrace and it was managed so well that the team of SRM Tower Residency deserves applause. Mr. Shihab is a wonderful host and his proactive approach and transparency in sharing information are truly commendable and as a traveller, these are very important while booking accommodation. The apartment is relatively new, beautifully maintained, clean, well furnished and looks plush. The staff is outstanding to say the least. So thoroughly professional and helpful. Ms. Divya and her team were very helpful during our stay and helped out with a lot of suggestions and tips. The breakfast is basic but sufficient. The housekeeping is efficient. There is parking available right below the apartment for around 5 cars. N the best thing is that it is within walking distance from the main Guruvayur private bus stand. But still very quiet and peaceful. Overall I would rate our stay a big 5/5 and would like to thank Mr. Shihab and his team for ensuring a great trip for us.

Rooms not well maintained,can find rooms with too much mosquitos. beds , floors and bathroom with past visitors hairs.. Had poor experience at this place, immediately i shifted to other good hotel. Had booked nearly a month ago,on the day of check in reception had no clue of we coming to stay there for 5 nights,after some time and little confusion checked in to this room which was maintained below standards. The adavance i paid I had to part forego as I wished to move away . Too poor experience ,hope management improves the cleanliness standards for the tarrif they charge.
