Sreepathi Indraprastha hotel

We booked 2 rooms from 11 - 13 May. Deluxe Room size was big and room service was good. But apart from that faced issues like fan noise, AC ice formation and couldn't switch on AC for hours, Smelly pillow&hand towels and bed covers were dirty, restroom water drain was too slow. I had to check out within one day due to personal work and requested front desk to make cancellation for last stay date and I was ready to do cancellation fees or 45% also. They were quoting that they can do cancellation but Agoda was not ready. When checked with agoda, they said that they can cancel but hotel was not willing. Both played with customer.

The Hotel is approximately 2 Kms from Guruvayoor temple at Mamiyoor Junction, you can easily find an auto.. the rooms were large and well furnished but a little smelly.. the Bathroom fittings needs renovation especially the showers as the pipes of the shower were leaking from the false ceiling or the Shower were not working properly.. We had two rooms, It's ok.. the rooms are really very spacious but there is a smell lingering there which even after use of room freshner the smell was still there.. the bathrooms needs hotel administrations attention as the shower was leaking water from the false ceiling, in the other room shower was not working properly, the flush tanks buttons were broken. The Bathrooms were also smelly. Bathroom doors need repair. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the suites and it was awesome! The room was super nice and spacious. They had all the amenities we needed, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The whole building is well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience and a lovely stay. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Absolute Disaster - Avoid at All Costs! Where do I even begin with this nightmare of a hotel stay? What was supposed to be a relaxing trip turned into a constant battle against incompetence and neglect. The promotional pictures must have been taken decades ago because the reality was shocking. The photo I've attached, showing the blistering and peeling paint on the wall, is just a small glimpse into the overall state of disrepair. It was frankly depressing to be in such a poorly maintained room. The problems were relentless. Almost immediately, we noticed random flashing lights throughout the room, creating a bizarre and unsettling atmosphere. To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit wasn't working at all, yet its indicator light kept flashing mockingly - a constant reminder of the lack of basic comfort. Sleep was nearly impossible thanks to the symphony of annoying sounds: a cupboard door that creaked loudly with the slightest vibration and a ceiling fan that whirred and rattled incessantly. Beyond the noise and aesthetics, the room felt unsafe. The electricity shorted out roughly every hour, plunging us into darkness and resetting clocks - a major inconvenience and a serious concern. Adding insult to injury, the toilet was frankly disgusting, clearly not cleaned properly, making the bathroom essentially unusable without holding your breath. Throughout all this, the service was abysmal. Staff seemed uninterested in our complaints, offering no solutions or apologies. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than paying guests. This wasn't just a bad hotel stay; it was a truly awful experience. The flashing lights, the broken AC, the constant noise, the hazardous electrical issues, the unsanitary conditions, the damaged walls, and the nonexistent service combined to make this stay utterly miserable. They also suggested hair dryer but it wasn't there.Save your money and your sanity - book anywhere else.

Booked via Go ibibo app, The prize was around 2k for adult, standards AC room Positive: Room is decent The cafeteria was good,had veg fried rice and chilli paneer, tastes good, even though they are providing room service,i opted resturant dining, have spacious,neat dining space The front office staff were good Negative: The bedsheet were old The location is far from temple..... need to take auto for up and down

I had my wedding function done in Hotel Sreepathi indraprastha on 24th march 2025. I had my bookings through online and by contacting Mr Sajith. I had made a booking that includes dinner for 23rd, breakfast for next day, 22 rooms, with an AC hall that included decoration and sadhya. I had my confusions since all the bookings were online, my queries were cleared by hotel manager Mr Sajith. To my surprise everything was beyond my expectations. I would specifically highlight about the dinner and the stage hall decor. All the staffs were extremely help. Thankyou so much Hotel Sreepathi indraprastha and Mr Sajith.

Very spacious and clean room with a good view. The interior of the hotel is also very nicely decorated, so it's aesthetically pleasing for the eyes. Its very nearby guruvayur temple , West Nada, only 15-20 mins walkable distance.

Hi.. i stayed in this hotel. I would like to highlight few points here. I had booked this hotel after seeing the youtube and feedback.after the stay i understood that youtube vedio are not correct). Throughout all this, the service was not upto the mark .staff behaviour feel like they are not interested for this job. Not at all pleasant and looks like guests are staying there for free of cost . First time I am seeing unpleasant hotel staff. They won't provide any thing which they had mentioned while booking.we need to go behind them to get each things . Basically their behaviour is that we are staying there for free of cost and we are disturbing them .once customer interact with then next time nothing motivate to talk with them This wasn't just a bad hotel stay; it was a truly awful experience. The flashing lights, the broken/ opened AC( who all are sleeping below may get cold or fever), the unsanitary conditions, the damaged walls, and the nonexistent service combined to make this stay utterly miserable. door locks are too old and some can break very easily . Basically with out any maintainance they trap the customer with wrong youtube vedio and review comments . My point of view these rooms are not eligible for more then 1000( max) .. pls check twice before booking this hotel
