Sree krishna Residency

We stayed here during the latest visit to Guruvayoor Temple. When we came all the parking lot was empty an no staff came for help/ instruction. Which is understandable. Later the parking lot was covered with vehicles without proper management. When we wanted to check out staff was not available for moving the vehicle. We thought of helping them, collected the the keys, moved all the vehicles ourselves and kept our vehicle near the gate to leave. We packed everything and just about to leave. We took around 30-40 min, which I admit, because there were women and children including infant. Room boy came and ask for the key later and heard some shouting from the parking lot, so called 'devotees' came to see 'god', were shouting at us says we parked wrongly. They even said come down if we dare. All this happened on a peaceful morning. It really spoiled our day and our visit. I know there was some misunderatandings and mismanagements happened. But this wouldn't have happened if there was someone at parking bay to manage, or just ask the key! Or just note down the vehicle number in the register while check-in. As simple as that. All the staff's are good people only, no complaints about them, and I'm really sorry that I also raised my voice against them which was completely coming from the dissapointment and unhappy situations. We could also done the same in the first place, but we tried to solve issue, we can't expect same from others which I admit. Such people are also 'devotees'. I doubt what they see in temple, which is a different discussion. But I suggest, simple things can be done in management will avoid these situations. Room is good and clean otherwise, better call directly and book. We payed around 1000 extra while booking through MMT. Top floor rooms will be super hot on these days. Decent hotel, seasonal crowd. Adequate car Parking. Rooms are bit old fashioned. Air conditioning is working fine. Close proximity to the temple

I had booked a room for check in today at 3.00 pm. We reached around 12.00 pm and requested for an early check in. I had also called on phone earlier to request for an early check in. The staff at the reception were not polite at all and quite rude that they could not offer any room or any solution. They just asked us to come back at 3.00 pm. They did not even offer for us to sit in the lobby or use any rest room even though we mentioned that we are coming after a 24 hour train journey. We had paid the full room rent in advance. I had to take a room in another hotel and lost the advance payment which we had already made. I think the staff needs to be trained to be more polite and offer solutions to customers.

Poorly maintained and unhygienic rooms worth around 200 rupees are being charged at 1000+ Edit 1: This is a response to the fool who has asked me not to come again with 200 rupees. I had paid more than 1000 rupees for your room through Makemytrip and your poor quality was already reported to the agency. Your power backup and lift is less important than providing neat and clean rooms with basic hygiene, not to mention your smelly bathrooms and cracked walls. Your bedsheets and blankets were disgusting to even touch and I had to throw them down. I asked for a replacement and your staff had brought a dirtier one. First of all, have the basic decency to accept feedback from customers instead of looking ways to loot money. Do you want me to upload your dirty rooms photos ? NB Warning : If you do much drama, I'll get your license cancelled.

I am sanjay from Dharapuram. Yesterday i went Guruvayur temple with 160 vasavi club members. We booked and stayed in sree krishna residency. This residency rooms are very sophisticated and good maintenance. Also residency staff Hari is behave friendly and guide for temple dharsinam and local sight seeings. One important thing is room tariff is budget friendly one. Thank you.

My wedding took place here. We didn't have to know anything. Mr. Hari did everything for us. Very good service.

The room was clean.bed was comfortable and clean.water was so pleasing
