RVK Residency

I visited guruvayoor with my family. So we booked 3 AC Rooms in RVK Residency at East Nada of Guruvayoor Temple and paid an advance of Rs 1500 and total we paid at the check in time which was Rs 6000 ( Rs 1500+Rs 4500). The room we got was on the 4th floor. The Lift was too small and a maximum of 4 people could stand in the lift. 1 Room was too small so me and my brothers took that room and the other room was spacious. At first the AC remote was not there in the room and we informed the cleaning staff and immediately they gave the AC remote also they gave a 1 litre water bottle and a small soap.Overall the Room was average and behaviour from the staff was good.

Staying here for the 2nd time.. It is not a big one, but for temple visit, it is sufficient. It is just in front of East gopuram. There is no parking for them, but corporation parking is just opposite. There is a mini hall also for small wedding function. Ac and non AC rooms available. Price is affordable compared to market rates.

It wasn't a good experience as we had requested for AC room but it was not working properly and the male staff at the reception in the night shift was arrogant and rude and was not interested in addressing the issue . Other female staff and room buoy were good.

The bathroom had too many drain flies and spiders. The mattress was half my age and aged people will def have back pains if they sleep on them.

We had a very bad experience from RVK Bathroom is also very bad.Water leakage from pipes and hygienically very poor.They have no parking of their own.They suggest us to use pay parking Bed and bed sheets are not good

Very Poor.. Not at all clean and neatness.. Toilet pipe leakage. Bathroom door not able to lock. Room ac not working properly.

Rooms are not hygienic and not maintained well. They are not providing the basic amenities and if required, we need to pay some more extra cash with mandatory tips to the staff working there. The customer service is very bad and it's better to avoid this hotel by all means if you need a pleasant stay. The one and only benefit is that the hotel is located nearby to the temple.

A family friendly environment and well maintained rooms. Walkable distance towards Guruvayur temple makes it a more convenient spot to take a halt before and after darshan. Excellent service and responsible staff adds up in making RVK residency one of the best stays available in Guruvayur.
