Location was peace and good. But the bed spread and sheets were untidy and gave bad odur. Would recommend if you need a budget stay

This place was so neat and clean. The service provider was so kind and he helped for any sort of arrangements. I booked this for a family , so requested a kitchen facility. They arranged a very good support. Finding the location was difficult for the first time. Later, we liked the location, as it not too interior , at the same time, we had a good privacy . Neighbors were also helping. I would recommend this place as it is suitable for family and friends gathering.

It is a separate villa with 1 a/c bedroom and other one with non a/c bedroom along with a hall. Private car parking. Kettle and refrigerator was available. Cctv surveillance. Located in a residential area. Around 1 km from guruvayur temple and 15 mins drive to chavakad beach.. We will get a feel like we are staying in our own house. Quiet and a privacy space. Caretaker and the owner was very polite. We stayed for a night with family and the price were very reasonable. Swiggy and Zomato delivery is available. No complimentary breakfast.

Had a nice experience in this beautiful homestay. The location is not exact, you need to go 100-200 meters further. I would request the owner to put the exact location.
