Disappointing Stay - Not Worth the Price I rarely leave bad reviews, but this hotel truly missed the mark. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming. The check-in process was slow, and no one offered help with our luggage. The room was far from what was advertised - outdated furniture, a weird smell, and stains on the carpet. The bathroom had mold in the shower and the towels felt like sandpaper. Housekeeping skipped our room one day, and when we asked for clean towels, they took over an hour to arrive. The worst part? The noise. Thin walls meant we heard everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. We barely slept the whole trip. Definitely not coming back. This place needs serious improvements to justify its price. Would not recommend.

Don't book rooms from this place at all. RUDE Receptionist. They don't even allow you to park your vehicle in their property at surge times. They kept telling me to park my car on the road and I hesitated. I had to raise my voice to make them grant me the parking space. And all this time, the receptionist was murmuring and misbehaving towards us. I will NEVER recommend this place for anyone. Also NO Soap, NO Towel, NO Blanket and NO Water.

Very good hotel with economy price. Very helpful staff and very clean blanket and well organized parking, family friendly hotel, people who put one star review they are scammers wont visit this place.

Very bad customer service. No integrity at all, staffs are not even shows the manners to communicate. It's not near to the temple, who have problems for walking this lodge is not a good idea to choose.

Very poor customer service.Staffs are very rude and misbehaving.They didn't provided appropriate parking facility .Moreover the condition of room was pathetic and they were not provided neat blanket.

If there was a possibility to rate zero stars I would do that. Never book a room here. This is one of the worst hotels in Kerala.

We took three non ac double rooms on 23-04-22. The hotel is near to temple. Room cleanliness average. In two rooms there were mosquitoes. In one room the shower and tv was not working. The lift door was also jammed. So we have to use steps. The management should take care of these things.

Very small room, no proper maintenance, very small size bed in the room. The agreement included soap, turkey, blankets and water, but none of this was given. And the charges are terrible. You can get a 1300Rs AC room in another nearby hotel. The behavior of the staff is also very bad. Try not to get cheated by booking.
