Murali lodge,Guruvayur

Overall rating given is 1... Just because of parking and the staffs attitude.parking space is very less and if not available they will ask to park it nearby parking ground and tell it's from Murali lodge which is a paid one and is non refundable(not told prior). When checked the attitude was like this is how it is and if not ok don't book rooms. Definitely not recommendable. Will never stay there again...

The place is just a stone's throw away from the West Nada. We stayed in a non AC double room. The bed was comfortable and quite large for 2 people. The bedding, although old was clean. The bathroom was okayish. Could do with a bit more of cleaning. Hot water availability is from 1am -7am only, which is fine really. Slightly overpriced for the price of 1000 per night for a non AC double room.

I recently stayed at Murali Lodge in Guruvayoor and was quite disappointed with the experience. The lodge is very old, and while they've tried to give it a fresh look with some paint, it doesn't hide the fact that the facilities are outdated. The rooms are overpriced compared to other hotels in the area with better amenities. The bathroom desperately needs an upgrade - it's unhygienic and far too old. The lift feels ancient, and to make matters worse, it doesn't even have a ground floor button. Hot water is only available for a limited time, which was inconvenient. During my stay, I parked my car in their parking area, only to find out later that the painters were working nearby and sprayed paint on my car. They didn't cover my vehicle or give me any warning. Despite complaining twice, the paint splatters weren't cleaned up, and now I have to pay for the damage myself. Overall, the service was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend this lodge to anyone. If I could rate it lower than one star, I would give it a -100. Definitely won't be staying here again.

Great budget-friendly option near Guruvayoor Temple! Clean and comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. Relaxed atmosphere for a peaceful stay. Excellent room service was provided by friendly staff. Convenient location close to West Nada. While not luxurious, this hotel offers a comfortable and stress-free stay, making it a great choice for pilgrims visiting Guruvayoor Temple.

Bad customer service, very rude over the phone. Will not recommend to anyone

We visited this place on March 19th. Even though the room rates are low, the staff are not friendly. There is no hand wash in the rooms. We have to ask for the bath soap with the reception. In the future, I expect better service and facilities from this lodge.

We were 7 people. The room only costed rupees 1000. We were very satisfied with the room. The room was neat and tidy. The service was also good. The bathroom was very clean. We can get an extra bed if we ask. But we have to pay extra rupees 100. We can book the rooms earlier. We have to pay an advance amount for it. The staffs are very friendly. Both ac and non-ac rooms are available. We took non-ac room.We can park our vehicles. There is a lot of place to park.Although the room was good, we had a bad smell from outside. I think it was due to the water of the rain. Overall good.
