Hotel Vishnu Inn |East Nada | Next to Guruvayoor Temple

Location is convenient, however the property is dated. 1. The rooms and bath have a lingering uncomfortable odour, which shows lack of proper maintenance. 2. We had booked a Deluxe AC room, however when we went in, the toilets had not been cleaned properly. The staff wasn't apologetic at all, and in fact casually blamed the house keeping staff while taking some photos of the toilet. 3. They then provided an alternate room - that was called a suite. Nothing 'suite' like about the room. In fact the bathroom did not have toilet hangars, except for a small hook on the door. 4. And carry some odomos, because you will be swarmed by mosquitoes. 5. Lastly the parking. They do not have sufficient parking in front of the building, hardly 5 slots are there in front, and perhaps if you push your 3-4 slots in the basement, but parked in an odd serial manner Overall not a very pleasing experience.

The hotel services and staff behavior were good, and the rooms were very neat. However, I was disappointed with the room size. I booked one standard room and one deluxe room, expecting the deluxe to be more spacious. However, when we checked in, we couldn't tell the difference between the two. The staff pointed out one room as deluxe and the other as standard, but the only noticeable difference was that the deluxe room had a balcony. When we inquired, the staff mentioned that the room size was different. However, we found that our standard room was actually slightly larger than the deluxe room, which was confusing.

Excellent House keeping service staffs. Tasty foods by Vishnu Inn Chefs, Cost worth Rooms. Good Restaurant. 2 Marriage/ function halls in 1 st and 4th floor is neat and Excellent. All are air conditioned and rooms starts from economic rate of . 2,000.

Modern and neat hotel close to Guruvayur temple. The East Nada gate is about 150 m from the hotel. I've been coming to Guruvayur for a long time, but my stay has never been so comfortable in terms of cleanliness, service, and proximity to the temple. The place is close to the temple, yet away from the noise and crowd. The front desk personnel are courteous and professional, and ready to help in any way they can. The standard rooms are a bit small, but the beds are comfortable. The deluxe rooms are more spacious. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. AC was functional. Sheets and blankets were clean. There was a TV in the room, but we didn't even switch it on. Wifi was available in the room and worked well. They have a restaurant on the ground floor. They have open-to-sky parking for cars in front of the hotel. I think they have basement parking too. Overall, a good and comfortable place to stay. Would stay here again when I visit Guruvayur.

I had stayed here for 4 days with my family. Rooms were tidy, located approx 200m from East Nada. Staffs were on their feet in attending our requirements. Just to add a point, while checking out, I forgot to grab my bag from the room. The staff provided excellent assistance in retrieving my bag promptly. Kudos to the team.

Overall good stay, convenient location. Std room size is small, but well kept, clean and had wardrobe a table and a centre table. Deluxe rooms are bigger than the former mentioned one.. Found a feast due to ongoing marriage and loved the food as a Sunday lunch..professional staff, attentive and respectful. Safe and comfortable stay. Highly recommended for solo female travellers as many staffs are mainly female and you would feel the safe and homely feel.

If you are looking for a pleasant stay please avoid this hotel at all costs.. We had booked 5 Deluxe room after reading the reviews and seeing the photos in various sites. But to our surprise the room was old, dirty and shabby. There were dirt and liquid spills on walls. The toilet had a horrible smell and the shower head was rusted. There were ants everywhere in the bed, table, toilet. To add to it the inflated price due to its proximity to the temple. The staff instead of addressing our issues was arguing with us which made things worse. Had I found a different hotel my day would have been saved..

Excellent service, value for money rooms, good ambience and in close proximity to the temple. Stayed there on April 1, 2025. Overall experience was excellent.
