Hotel Sopanam Heritage

Hotel Sopanam Heritage have excellent ambience, spacious rooms and ample parking. We stayed for one night in one of their Premium AC rooms, which was very spacious and well kept. The room was well furnished with a King size bed and neat linen. They have also provided a kettle and supplies for tea and coffee. The hotel also have a restaurant and room service too. The breakfast was good, but would like to see improvements. To visit the temple, we used our vehicle, since we were told that it will take 8-10 minutes, if we walk. Overall, we are thoroughly satisfied...

Good, well maintained rooms with enough facilities. Spacious and elegant reception area. But food/service available is not up to the mark. Very less vegetarian option in the restaurant with below average staff service, while the food is overpriced. Swimming pool was closed for maintenance.

Recently our family had a great stay at this hotel near the Guruvayoor Temple. The location is very convenient, just a short walk to the temple. The food was excellent which made things really comfortable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help -- their hospitality stood out. The only downside was the WiFi, which was quite weak during my stay. Overall, a pleasant experience and would recommend for temple visitors.

Spacious, very neat and clean rooms, when you enter you will enjoy the south Indian ambience. Just 5 minutes walk to Guruvayoor Temple, Very prime location. At this price it is very very much good.We all enjoyed our stay. Staff was very cooperative. 5

This hotel provided a terrible experience for our Guruvayoor temple stay. Web pictures look good and in reality maintanence is very bad including bath rooms and common areas. We can easily feel the mold smell in the elevator and common corridors areas. Only better areas are front desk morning staff and the restaurant with their approach. Night time Manager provided a harsh experience for a simple request to get an additional room key. We will never go for this hotel again as the current rating totally to 2/10 from us with the experience we have gone through. Never try this facility as it will be big looser's play

I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a great experience. It's near Guruvayur temple. The service was exceptional, and the staff were very attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and neat, making my stay comfortable. The food and overall service were also excellent, and I would highly recommend this hotel

I chose their super deluxe room. However didn't feel any super with the room. The room seemed really old and not so maintained. The bathroom stinks and no toilet papers. The description says something on fireplace n stuffs. The room doesn't even closely resemble the pictures they uploaded. I am sooo disappointed. It's not at all worth for 3k. Poor maintenance.

The staff is very helpful, they guided us for the nearby locations and also helped us get a rickshaw who was helpful and guided us to the Marine world and elephant camps.
