I had a really pleasant stay at Balakrishna Residency. The staff were friendly and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my visit. Room service was quick and the food was tasty. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was a solid experience, and I felt well taken care of. Would definitely recommend for a hassle-free stay.

The worst of all hotels in Guruvayoor..High pricing, but no value for the money we pay.AC never works, if complaint raised, security will shout and mock you. No response for our complaint. Not clean rooms, so much of pest, dirty linens. Manager and owner is keen only on collecting money. Humble request to all. Please doesn't acquire room here. you will be cheated..

I had a very bad experience with here. Staff especially the security man so dominating and arrogant. Rooms are not clean and service is very bad.. I had booked for deluxe AC room, but ac was not working properly and late noght by 1pm when I raised my complaint the staff mocked me as of we were seeing ac for the 1st time.. My humble request to all, please don't dare to take room here especially with your family..

Hotel is very close to the temple just 40 meters from west nada of the temple The management and staff are very friendly and all are very helpful. The hotel rooms are clean and neat. In simple i can stay it has all the facilities of a SEMI STAR TYPE HOTEL EXCELLENT ATMOSPHERE FEEL GOOD PLACE TO COME AGAIN MOL

Had the worst experience booking a wedding hall. I contacted them via phone and their staff said the hall was available for the mentioned wedding date. And asked me to visit them try their lunch and then pay the advance amount then gave me a date to visit. When I visited them on that date, the owner lady said it's booked for another person (4 months back) and the workers are not good at their job. She said they could book me for another date. But the owner a man was extremely rude and never apologized for this, he said this is my mistake and I should have booked when I contacted (I contacted a month back and the hall was already booked but no one mentioned this). He was extremely rude and insensitive about the issue. I returned with a really really negative vibe from that place. I would never suggest this place to my worst enemy.

Had booked a stay at this hotel for the last week of December through Goibibo, and we received the confirmation. On the day of check-in, when we called the hotel, the staff said the booking has been rejected by Goibibo. We initiated a joint call with the hotel and the Goibibo team - Goibibo confirmed repeatedly that the booking was valid, the hotel staff remained adamant that it had been rejected. We had no choice but to make alternate arrangements at the last minute.

We booked two ac rooms during the end of July 2024,The cleanliness of the rooms is too bad T.V. intercom ,the heater was not working,despite complaining no actions being taken . Rooms do not have all toiletries. One of the person in reception had an arrogant character . Truly not a travel friendly hotel. Only security guards had a welcoming attitude. The people in the reception look at us like we were staying for free. The rooms are overly lriced..Regular electric power failure and there is no generator provitation along with lots of pest in the room. There is no difference between a deluxe room and a standard room. Heavy pest issue and bad odor ..not at all recommended atleast for 1 day stay..
