Worst experience ever, very bad bathrooms with frogs. And the rooms were not clean. Waste of money. The extra bed had fungi in it. There were many cockroaches and lizards.

Very bad experience. No option for online payment. We will get the booking confirmation but while reaching there we are getting the answer no room available. Misguiding the guest. While booking through agoda agency, they are not sharing the contact number to contact apartment. Confusing with two names adithya lodge and adithya apartment. Guest will not have the patience to fight against this at that time. No one should suffer or undergo this kind of mental stress and financial burden. How a booked room will be cancelled without contacting the person to sell it for higher price .

I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at Adithya Residency guruvayoor. My experience was marred by a number of issues that left me feeling frustrated and misled.No water was available to bath ...it took lot of time to get water faculty in every rooms we occupied.

Disappointing! That's the only word matches my experience with the stay at Adithya lodge. Not at all worth for the money I spent booking two rooms. 1. Rooms were not clean. 2. Door mats were completely soaked in dirt. 3. No amenities such as Soap, bath towel, etc (provide when requested). I got these when I booked another hotel before for a rate less than what I paid at Adithya lodge. 4. Far from temple (wrong information provided during booking). To conclude: Never ever going back to this lodge. Thanks for such a great customer experience.

I am sorry to say this. Doesn't deserve even 1 star. The rooms are very spacious. But seems they were never cleaned or maintained after the inauguration! The bed linen were torn and full of stains. Thank god we had brought our own bed sheets. It's ridiculous to charge 1900 per night for a Non-AC twin bed. Only positive here is the size of the room and behaviour of the staff.

The facilities that were advertised as part of the package were either unavailable or were in such poor condition that they were unusable. This left me feeling like I had been deceived into paying for amenities that I never received. What was perhaps most disappointing was the behavior of the owner and staff. Instead of addressing my concerns with empathy and professionalism, they were dismissive and unhelpful. It became evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them, and they seemed uninterested in rectifying the situation or making my stay more comfortable. Overall, my experience at Adithya Residency guruvayoor was far from pleasant. The manipulation of options and the disparity between what was advertised and what was delivered reflect a lack of integrity on the part of the lodge management. I strongly advise others to carefully consider their options before booking a stay here, as my experience indicates a disregard for customer satisfaction and a willingness to mislead."

They should shut all operations down at this hotel. Had to book since it was last min planning. No lift , no parking space won't even get water, bedsheets. If you don't find rooms online, better to do 30 min walk down all hotels on your arrival & you will find 100% better deal . Never ever ever book this room. Like abandoned place
