Complete cheating, the rate shown at the time of booking was 1700/ after discount including GST but they asked for 2700/ at the time of checkout and stated that the discount will be available only if booking is done telephonically. Then what is the use of showing discount in Agoda. Parking facility is limited - two cars max but make sure it's not a big car No restaurant nearby. Room is very congested with very small bathroom

Very bad response during checkout.A/C not working throughout night....we can't able to sleep since it's very hot. So we asked to get reduction in room tariff..But they simply said we can't do nothing...

Ac was not working properly we compliant to them but they didn't make any alterations we struggled a lot by keeping kids not had a proper sleep in night. Very worst response from them

Very bad experience.... Unhygienic rooms..... hairstrands on bedcoat and washroom was identified... waste bins were not clean.. previous guests waste was deposited just like that ..... deluxe room rate and Unhygienic experience

Very neat and clean rooms.Only thing is the entrance to the hotel is adjacent to a local bar which is little difficult for families to move around
