LIBRA REGENCY & LODGE

Fellow devotees, beware, I booked 2 rooms at Libra Regency through MakeMyTrip and paid in advance. However, upon arrival, the receptionist Firoz denied the booking. Customer care representative didn't assist. We traveled 200 km with our family, including a 1-year-old son, and were left stranded. Avoid this hotel.

I had a very horrible stay. The rooms felt like labor accommodations, and it was the worst experience after seeing their condition. The rooms were unhygienic, and the toilet was dirty with a faulty faucet and flush tank. It was a terrible experience, especially after a long journey. Additionally, it was difficult to find an auto early in the morning for darshan. The hotel is far from the temple and not within walking distance at all. It's better to book hotels closer to the temple. Moreover, the rooms are completely different from the images shown online. What was advertised does not match reality at all.

Disappointing Experience at Libra Regency. I'm extremely dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel in Guruvayoor. Despite booking and paying in advance through MakeMyTrip, the receptionist claimed there was no booking under our name when we arrived at 10:30 pm. We had explicitly informed the hotel that we would arrive late, requesting them to hold our booking. The receptionist, who seemed to be trying to cheat us, initially said there were no rooms available. However, after my husband contacted MakeMyTrip's customer support, the receptionist reluctantly offered us a single room with AC.But we booked for Double occupancy room. Since it was late at night we accepted and took the room. The room was subpar, with a noisy AC that leaked water, no shower in the bathroom, a non-functional toilet flush, and plants growing inside the bathroom. The bed creaked, and the sheets had stains. We paid around Rs. 2000 for this room, which was exorbitant considering the poor conditions. The only redeeming quality was the availability of parking. Warning to Future guests Don't trust the high rating reviews for this hotel. Our experience was appalling, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Rating: 0/5

Very comfortable and safe stay with my family.It is 2 km from Guruvayoor temple. If you come with own vehicle, it's best to travel with no much traffic. Otherwise you can get auto as the lodge is on main road. The staff at reception is very nice and supportive. Best the price is very competitive than most other stay. Overall good experience for us. Thank you very much .

The stay was good, though the property was still under renovation. The service was excellent, and the restaurant below served tasty food. Additionally, it is only 1 km from the Guruvayur Temple.
