Booked via goibibo. Worst hotel in my life. Dirty pillows and bed. Hair over pillows and bed. Unclean bedspread. Dirty toilet. Lizard inside the room. Damp and stinking smell inside the room. Broken furniture. Amount was not refunded even though we checked out immediately. We couldnt stay there with our 2 year old child. Staff didn't even had courtesy to change bedspread. Very bad experience.

Room Photo's they uploaded in various sites are not true, though rooms are okay, toilets are not good, they don't have elevator services, and the location given in google map is not correct, the hotel is 1.5 km from guruvayoor temple, in map its showing 450m from temple.
Post booking and full payment for the rooms we where not allowed to check in pathetic condition
