Amity Regency

We stayed here for 1 day. I would like to rate their rooms, services and food as 5 Star. Very spacious, neat and comfortable rooms. The staffs were so excellent, courteous, friendly and helpful with arranging all of our needs and assisting with our stay. Special mention to Mr. Suvarnan who assisted throughout our stay from booking till checkout. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a very bad experience today. Complimentary breakfast which was told was not received as the restaurant was not opened till 8:45 am. We did not even get a cup of tea and could not prepare it as the kettle was also not working Yesterday in the hotel at evening when we went to have tea, we were told that Onion Pakoda was available and when we ordered for it after sometime they told it is not available now and they have French fries and Chicken Nuggets only. We ordered it. When it was received after 20 minutes the experience was tea was cold and French fries was not soft and not crispy. The only positive review is that the room was neat and clean and well maintained

Easly accessible from town still not suggesting for families,hotel is surrounded by full of local crowed with very poor grooming standards.. The smell we got from lobby inside also disgusting... Service & rooms are reasonable.. Thx

Yesterday while drinking gone for smoking when I came back my beer disappeared. Without my permission staff took it. Very poor service!!! NewYork Hotel is far better than amity

Food service is quite slow, taking a long time after placing an order. The rooms are just average

Pathetic experience. Just go to Park Residency Kaitheppalam or Arcadia Karukachal. Not hygienic. Low quality free side dishes. Attitude of staff is very bad.

A very decent restaurant with a really good ambience and at best rates, its obviously high but compared to near by restaurant with very low ambience asking for more it so good on rates too.but food was not that great it seems cold even after waiting for 30 mins and felt as reheated food,

Amity is a bar hotel with a restaurant. Recently I visited their restaurant named 'Navarasa' with my family around 12:30 pm. The ambience and appearance of the restaurant was great!. It was maintained like a royal palace. The tiles paved in the restaurant remind me of the Hill Palace tripunitura. There were a few staff in the restaurant. There is only a limited number of dishes and the majority of the items listed in the menu card were not there. It might be due to a beginning of the hotel. It will take about 20 minutes to get the food served. The taste of the food was average and not great. There was an adequate quantity of side dishes with fish curry meals. The fresh lime juice ordered after the food was not good and took about 15 minutes to get served. The location of the hotel is nice and there is a parking space.
