Good Room for a budget of 800. Good looking infrastructure and facilities can develop some more creative ideas regarding the style and attractions for the customers. The colour is bit dull in the room i creates a bit sad vibe. Change in that and some more decoration can be better and good.

Location is on the roadside and have good parking facitlity.. The rooms are average but good

Such a local room and service i never seen before, dusty rooms, dirty towels and bed clothes, very very prone to allergic peoples.

I have booked 2 non ac rooms for me and my friends the price was 650 for one non ac room which quite cheep compared other hotels in the same area but stay was not very enjoyable because they were not providing blanket for non ac rooms and also no soap and shampoo present in toilet, for one room there was TV and the other room which have the same price has no TV. So I only recommend this place only if you are in tight budget.

Stayed for five days. It is near to MG University and at affordable price. We had a good time. It has both AC and non AC rooms and I had stayed in non AC room in second week of April. The view is good and the room was airy. The water supply is good. The owner was very helpful and cordial. He even took us for a one day trip to Vagamon hills himself at reasonable price. When we intended our desire to eat local bananas, he arranged it from his farm for us. The only drawback I personally found is we have to buy water for drinking and there is no RO system. However, this is the case in most of the places in Kerala. The hotel does not have restaurant but there is one at around 150m so that should not be a problem. The transportation is good too. It has good security and CCTV are installed. Yet I would not want to stay alone as a woman. For single male, groups, couples, family it is good. It even has parking space. If you are looking for something at reasonable price, away from hustle and bustle of town/city, travelling for work, visiting MG University, taking a trip to vagamon hills, etc. this is a good place.

One of the worst service i ever had, the north indian person at the reception is very irritating. I had booked a non ac room which has broken door handle, broken fan regulator, no shower and not even provided blanket .. We booked two rooms one had a tv and another one doesnt for the same price and all the stuffs you can expect from a third class loadge and if we ask about it the room boy is not cooperating ... So i wont recomend it anyways unless you are group of guys and had a tight budget.Not suit for family
