Grand Aria

We had a 15-day stay at Hotel Grand Aria in February 2025. Initially planned for 10 days, we extended it by a few more because of how much we liked it there. Having traveled extensively around the world, I was genuinely impressed by the quality of the hotel, the restaurant, and especially the staff--it truly holds its own against any 5-star property. The staff were kind, professional, and consistently attentive, making our stay even more comfortable. Whether it was room service, laundry, the restaurant, or the front desk, the service was consistently excellent. The rooms, including the bathrooms, were spotless and well maintained, and the room rates were very reasonable. I speak Malayalam, though not fluently, and often switch back to English for longer conversations. Thankfully, most of the staff spoke good English, and I never had to repeat myself--which made communication smooth and stress-free. The front desk was particularly helpful in providing local shopping tips and arranging reliable taxi services for our travel needs. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Excellent rooms with good class of furniture. They should have had Gym also. Good service has to be increased. No fruits at breakfast, just 2 choices that too oily, staff is not trained, juice containers are empty. Asked fresh puri person says go and take it. Bread toaster is not working.

We stayed in this hotel for one day on1/2/25.Rooms are spacious and good. Pillows are very bulky and hard. Therefore I could not sleep well. Bath rooms are neat and clean. For Complimentary breakfast it was only dosa and no other items.If we ask them then only they will provide egg and cut fruits as part of complimentary BF. At present there is no Bar. They said it will be opened shortly. I recommend this hotel for comfortable and safety stay for Family and Friends.

We had a great experience in the hotel. Excellent services and accommodation. Great food. The Banquet hall was beautifully decorated for the function we organized in this hotel. Location is easily accessible and close to the famous pilgrimage points in Ettumanoor town such as Ettumanoor temple and Marthashmuni church. Staff is very courteous and welcoming.

We just had a function at Hotel Grand Ariya, and I would love to rate their food, service, and conference facilities as five star. Excellent staff who devoted to their job is the usp of the hotel. Food was well presented and delicious. Ample parking space and nice rooms and restaurant. Quite affordable in all aspects

Grand Aria was a marvelous stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful with arranging all of our needs and assisting with our stay. The rooms were comfortable with great ac and fans and the water pressure in the shower was also very good. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Kottayam!

The hotel, as the name suggests, has got a very nice ambience and a luxury feel. With very reasonable rates, their rooms are really good and the accessibility to the near by towns is also great. The Green Pepper restaurant at the hotel must be appreciated for its amazing food, cleanliness, very good service and reasonable price. Their menu includes multiple traditional and oriental dishes and it's a worth visiting restaurant. Some of the dishes we tried were Hot and Sour chicken soup, Chicken 65, Butter Chicken, American Chopsuey and fresh juices. The food was yummm!
