Travancore Court - A Four Star Business Hotel

Great Dining Experience with a Minor Hiccup I recently stayed at Travancore Court Hotel, Kochi for five nights and had a wonderful overall experience. The rooms were excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. One small suggestion: The swimming pool timings (currently 7 PM closure) could be extended to at least 10 PM for guest convenience. A special mention to Feast - Multicuisine Restaurant, where I dined five days. The food was delicious, with a good variety of dishes. Two staff members, Mr. Prince and Mr. Rahul, stood out for their professionalism and attentive service--they truly enhanced my dining experience. However, I did have one disappointing experience when I noticed that the dessert and fruits served at dinner appeared to be leftovers from lunch. The fruits, in particular, were surrounded by fruit flies, which was quite unpleasant. I immediately brought this to the staff's attention. Apart from this incident, the overall food quality and service were good. With a little more attention to freshness and hygiene in the dessert section, Feast Restaurant could easily provide a flawless dining experience. I would still recommend it and hope to see improvements on my next visit!

Excellent hotel! Great experience! Felt like a five star hotel. Our family had a really nice stay so we added another two nights to our stay. Easy to access and easy walk to water metro, restaurants, room service was also easy and very convenient. Breakfast and food was good. Very modern and comfortable.

Travancore Court in Ernakulam is hands down one of the best hotels I've stayed at so far. The food was absolutely fantastic -- great variety, high quality, and something for everyone. Room service was excellent -- fast, polite, and always on point. The staff were extremely responsive, and their service was top-notch from start to finish. If you're planning a trip to Ernakulam, I highly recommend staying at Travancore Court. It's the kind of place that makes your stay not just comfortable, but truly enjoyable. I'll definitely be back!

The room was very well set up. Linens and towels were clean. The bathroom supplies were good too. |The complimentary breakfast had good options (Indian and western). |Staff was very kind and helpful. We asked for items like weighing machine, printing services, etc. and they were ready to help. They were also helpful on collecting delivery packages for us at the reception.|Only negative I could say was that the WiFi was very erratic in speed and connectivity. So anyone looking to WFH here would need to check with staff on some solutions.||Overall I believe this will be my go-to stay in Kochi from now on. |Highly recommend.

We had a great stay for 2 nights at the Travancore hotel. The atmosphere was good and the staff was very pleasant and attentive. The food served at the restaurant was very delicious and the restaurant staff was always very welcoming. We highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are very comfortable. The staff is kind and available. They have always the smile. |The restaurant is very nice but a bit long to bring the plates. |Easy access to tuk-tuk. |The laundry service is marvelous. However, it is maybe a bit expensive.

Excellent quality for money and amazing service ! Clean and spacious rooms, good location and restaurant and a rooftop pool. But the service was a real standout! Staff always smiling warmly (even when I spilled coffee...) and ready to help with anything; Rose was just amazing, she helped me arrange a very authentic backwaters tour at a great price and assisted with all the details.

The hotel was perfectly located, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, including Jayaletchmi Silks. The deluxe rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were clean with hot water, something we had struggled to find in other hotels. ||The standout feature of our stay was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, who felt more like friends than hotel employees. They were always ready to assist with any questions or needs, and they were flexible with our requests. A special shout-out to Aadharsh, Rose, Anandhu, Vineeth, and Sharath. I'll definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends in the future!
