THE SENATE HOTEL

Avoid this hotel at any cost!!! I called in to enquire and the staff, NIYAZ talked to me rudely. I asked about the difference in price online and while I was still talkin he disconnected the call asking me to do it online only and not call him. I called back and asked him if this is the way he should talk to a customer. Asked him to learn some basic manners first and then try to get a job. The hotel experience scared me off and would be letting anyone I know about this

Staffs are very friendly and cooperative. The rooms requires proper maintenance. The rooms are moldy and thick bad smells stuck in the rooms. The kettle should be washed well. The rooms contain the things which are normally available in a 3 star hotel. Toilet smells bad. If they should have maintained the rooms well and clean, this hotel deserves 5 star.

Disappointed.....the rooms are very old without proper maintenance. Dark rooms. Even the towels are old and dirty . No toiletries provided .The photos in the apps for booking are misleading. As per the staff the photos are more than 10 yrs Old Its higly priced . Only the positive is the location. Can go for better hotels in this price range.

Run by manipulating and fraud people! Canceled our reservations in hope for making extra money around new year even though we had paid full amount in advance. Not recommended especially if you are booking during peak seasons.

I stayed at Senate Hotel from July 13-15, and it was a horrible experience. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. We took 2 rooms (for me and my friend), and the total amount for 2 rooms was 6400. The rooms were dirty with a foul smell. The bedsheets and pillow covers seemed unchanged from previous guests. The bathrooms were disgusting, with a bad smell and broken pipes. The locks on the bathroom doors didn't work, and the doors were hard to close. We booked A/C rooms, but the air conditioners made loud noises and the remote controls were broken. The staff was very unhelpful. When we complained, they told us we could either stay or leave if we didn't like it. Their attitude was extremely rude and dismissive. Charging 1600 per room per night for this is outrageous; it's worth only 500 at most. It seems like this hotel is only for those coming for hookups or other questionable activities. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. It was a completely unpleasant experience. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs.

The location was perfect for the faster connection to all areaa of the city. The rooms look dirty and the bathroom equipments were feel to be fallen. The poor performance of AC made me asllep all the night. tbe bad celeings, bad walls etc...The service of the staff was alsobpoor which includes the lack of complimentry drinking water..

Wonderful Stay and Excellent Service I stayed at Senate hotel with my parents for three days, and we had a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was always friendly and helpful highly recommend this hotel.

Good customer dealing and good support room was very amazing nice vibe
