The River House Panangad Kochi

We booked the property on January 1st and had a fantastic stay with our group of four families, including three kids. The property exceeded our expectations, offering a wonderful time for everyone. The water-friendly features were perfect for our families, and the kids were thrilled with the rabbits. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and eager to help. We were amazed by the beautiful interior, which surpassed the pictures. Each home had a stunning color combination, making our stay truly memorable. The property's convenient location, nice roads, and easy entrance made it an ideal choice for us. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend the property.

Beautiful house with amazing river views and top notch service. Sujit and other staff, caretakers for all three units, are awesome, prepared delicious breakfast and always had a smile on them. One thing to note about rooms, only 1 out of 3 bedrooms have air conditioning which can be really challenging during peak summer; when we visited.

Amazing place right next to water.. peaceful and close to nature. Very close to all the amenities. Big cheers to Sujith (caretaker) for all the help.

So me and my school friends decided to catch up after a while and one of our friends suggested this. We basically wanted some place nice where we could all sit and talk and chill. This was the perfect spot. It is close to the main city but not too close and nestled in beautiful natureside with the most amazing sunset view from outside and 2 of the bedrooms. The view is so amazing that you just wouldn't want to move away from there. The rooms are spacious and has a kitchen and dining hall too. The property is Pet friendly also. Just one thing is that only one of the rooms has air conditioning would have preferred one more in the main hall as it gets a bit warm but nothing too uncomfortable

I must say it was a wonderful experience to stay at the RiverHouse. The place was so neat and having a nice view of the River and a nice backyard as well for our Snoopy (Golden Retriever) to run around and have fun.|Definitely recommend this place for anyone travelling with Pets/Otherwise for a relaxed home like setup.|Special thanks to Sujith for his awesomely service and was available at a call away for anything you need.|Will definitely stay again next time we visit cochin.||Thanks|Vishnu

I had the most incredible experience at this riverside property! The picturesque backwaters provided a truly serene backdrop that immediately put me at ease. The spacious accommodations easily accommodated our group, and the various amenities and activities available made sure there was never a dull moment. Whether it was enjoying a leisurely cruise on the backwaters, having a delightful barbecue by the river so there was something for everyone. The staff's warm hospitality added to the overall charm of the place. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and that we felt right at home. It's rare to find a place that strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and recreation, but this riverside property managed to do just that. If you're seeking a serene and rejuvenating escape, complete with breathtaking backwaters, inviting rooms, and a wonderful atmosphere for family get-togethers, look no further. This property exceeded all my expectations and left me with cherished memories. Can't wait to return!

My feedback on River house is for pet owners living in flats and looking forward for a break for their pets to run around, sniff around, pee and poop freely. River House is a lovely place for both pets and owners. Its super clean and aesthetically done with enough grounds to stroll. Very good service from the inhouse staff, Sujith and wife and from the admin team. Would love to go there again and enjoy the peaceful ambience
